Horrible and nasty people work here. Bad sloppy work. Asked for an adjustment- they totally freaked out. Shamed me, acted rude, got loud. Don't ever go here.

I walked in last night for a gel pedicure. No topcoat was put on my nails. Thinking that odd as I drove home. Called this morning to ask if I could have the topcoat put on. They said come in. When I did I got a reaction--loudly, I might add--that without a topcoat the nails would be "sticky." Google told me the topcoat is added protection for the color. During my visit the owner ? Repeated over and over that the nails would never dry. Never, she said to my back as I walked out. I was embarrassed. The salon had quite a few patrons all looking and watching as this woman repeated over and over that the polish would never dry--ever! I will not return.

Best nail salon in Jax. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Very courteous and accommodating. Appointment recommended but not necessary.

I have been coming here for a while now and every time I come I have the best experience, the staff is so nice and organized, I feel so relaxed and I always love how my nails and toes turn out . 10/10 recommend !

terrible & rude! they do not care about what you want. They will intentionally go about whatever they feel is best. They are rough & not patient! very rushing! :((

Absolutely love Amy's! I've been to countless salons and no one has done my nails as good as they do. Pricing is great. Han does GREAT work. They're careful and precise with designs. I live an hour and a half away but visit here often and refuse to go to another salon!

Was disappointed the utensils for the pedicures weren't cleaned and not taken out of a sealed bag which should be under ultra violet light. They do pedicures put back in their trays/black rolling bag and go to next customer. This is not the industry practice. That is so scary!! Management needs to address this problem immediately and require proper cleaning of all utensils for pedicures and manicures.

I have awful nails, and every time I and my 17 year old daughter visit Amy's for dip powder, full set, and pedicures, we have great experiences! I especially like how Trin did my nails today. Lynn and Cindy have also done beautiful work! Thank you all for taking great care with us! You're the best!

Amy's Nails is well worth the $$. The facility is hygienic and the staff is friendly. Pick a color and have a seat! Enjoy a pedicure, manicure, wax, at a variety of reasonable prices for service. Bring cash for a tip (preferred) and relax. Amy's is wonderful
