I needed a assistance in determining the best options for my family with an iPhone, iCloud and parent controls for my intellectually disabled son.Kendal, was able to provide us with options and guide us on how to proceed. When I came back for assistance in setting up he took the time to help me set up a family icloud, parental controls, sync up an apple watch and make sure I understood all the products. He was very considerate to the entire family and very personable. I don't believe I would have obtained this service elsewhere. Kendal is the reason I would come back to this store. Note that I did go to the AT&T store on Kernan and Atlantic but no one there was willing to help and they told me to go to the iPhone store or basically figure it out on my own. I was very disenchanted when I left that location but Kendal turned it around for us. Thank you so much Kendal.

I went into the store with my son yesterday to upgrade our iPhones to the 15 and 15 Pro Max. We had the pleasure of working with Travin H. He gave us a complete overview of the latest features, processed both of our old phones to insure everything transferred, and erased them. We were in and out in less than an hour! He was professional and courteous. If he’s there in another 3 years we’ll be lucky to work with him again.

I went to the local store to speak to someone about switching from Xfinity wireless/Comcast internet to AT&T fiber and wireless. I had to wait a little while but everyone was with customers so it's fine to wait my turn. Someone kept making sure I knew they would get to me as soon as possible. The asst. manager, Carissia, came over and we sat down and went through everything, she was knowledgeable and thorough. My husband and I came in the next day and worked with her on getting our wireless transferred. It takes a while but we got it all done. She explained some of the defaults that would be there so we weren't surprised and we could change them. I really appreciate her great attitude and friendliness. She is an asset to their store and I highly recommend her and this store. So far our wireless service and fiber internet is awesome.

I could rate 0 stars would.Additionally, I would like to add on the experience Lisa Caffey reviewed earlier today. On our first visit to AT&T Jacksonville Beach, my husband purchased a new I phone. The associate that helped us was polite knowledgeable and professional. We left knowing we had to return with my husbands discharge certificate so he could receive a "veteran discount"The next day my husband returned and the wonderful associate from the day before was not there. He was approached by "Tiffany". Besides being rude to him, she threw the young helpful associate from the day before under the bus. She said "he's new and doesn't know what he is talking about". Then she told my husband he needed to submit for the discount on line. Confused, he did not know how to do that. She then told him she was there to sell phones, not teach people how to use them. We went home and assessed the situation and our daughter became involved.We returned the 3rd day with my daughter to see the manager, she was conveniently busy with another customer. We were greeted by another associate that tried his best to be helpful. Tiffany was at a table just a few feet to our left and the manager just to our right. All parties could here the conversation clearly. Tiffany interrupted us several times and even became confrontational at one point, leaving her own customers. Upon leaving we asked the manager call us back that day and that never happened. Here we are two days later and still no phone call!We want to tell the young assistant that sold my husband the phone "thank you and watch your back, don't become one of them".My daughters post is also below for those that may have missed it:Buyer beware.... if you need any help after your purchase or for any other reason, make sure Tiffany is not the one to help you. She is rude, unprofessional and simply a miserable human being. She has no business being in a sales or customer service position. She treated my 84 year old Veteran father like garbage and told him she was not there for tech classes, she was there to sell phones!When I went to the store the next day, she continually interrupted me when I tried to discuss this issue with her superiors. Definitely the type of employee AT&T will ever benefit from... Stay away from Tiffany!

She is rude, unprofessional and simply a miserable human being. She has no business being in a sales or customer service position. She treated my 84 year old Veteran father like garbage and told him she was not there for tech classes, she was there to sell phones!When I went to the store the next day, she continually interrupted me when I tried to discuss this issue with her superiors. Definitely the type of employee AT&T will ever benefit from... Stay away from Tiffany!

Came here the end of July to get a new phone and unfortunately was taken advantage of and basically manipulated by a younger female employee forgot here name. She behind our back changed my family's plan without permission and now our bill is double for no reason. All because she wanted to sell us a phone and not actually help. Beware... they only care about making commission and taking advantage of you when they can. Have to leave AT&T now because no one can give us our old plan back and they seriously have found every way to charge us and drain out every penny from us because YOUR EMPLOYEES MISTAKE!? Don't trust anyone. Been dealing with this for two months now and the bill I still showing up with charges that we were told will be removed. Nope! taken literally 4 whole days and dedication to figure this out with AT&T and it's only gotten worse.

I worked with Zack who did a fantastic job migrating me from an older iPhone to an iPhone 14 and migrating my service from another provider to AT&T. I’m very happy with the experience and highly recommend it.

Just flew in to town for work and my phone did not work for some reason and it was 30 mins till they closed and they were savior the new store manager was on it I was out just as quick as walking in great customer service and very well mannered this manager needs to be given a raise or a region because he is very good at his job

That ugly old lady with all of the makeup that does their tv commercials is a crazy extremist on twitter. We can't believe she hasn't been fired yet. Not shopping here.

I lost my phone in the ocean, so desperately I went to the AT&T store in Jacksonville, Beach, Florida, and my sales person spent over an hour with me, attempting to resolve my issue, as well as making sure I had adequate service equipment to continue on with my business. as I said, in my survey, I gave to them, this was as close to 100% satisfaction of any service that I recently experienced with anyone
