This branch struggles to service their business customers. Simple tasks like opening a new account can only be done by one person, you have to schedule appointments days in advance and don't be early because " she's with somebody" is the answer. SMH.

I applied for a credit card on the Bank of Americas website and I received a new credit card and needed to pay the balance. I called the number on the back of the card to find out my options to pay the balance. They gave me a few options, including going into the bank and paying, and that’s what I did. Also, they informed me that I needed a pin to withdraw funds from my new credit card and the only way to get the pin is by mail. I thought that made sense because all other cards need pins to withdraw funds, no problem, five to seven business days. But that is not what I wanted to do I needed to pay off my balance not withdraw funds. So I went to the Marsh landing branch closes to my home to pay the balance. The young lady seemed like I was an alien and she did not want anything to do with my deposit. It was like I was an outsider trying to do something wrong. I explained to her everything that I had gone through and she still did not take my money she had me put it in the ATM. When I walked out I saw people looking at me like I was there to take their jobs or something. Just because Bank of America is going through a life crisis you don’t have to treat the people that bank with you like they are going through a crisis too!

Made an Appointment for 2:30 Monday afternoon for wife and I to do some banking business.We left after 20 min of waiting and no one even acknowledged our presence.Very dissatisfied.So glad I made an appointment!

Absolutely ridiculous. Needed a quick fix on an account, one person in line ahead of me... an hour later still can't get in front of anyone useful. The nice greeter gentleman tried to get me a manager - whom I then overhead whining about how she couldn't help because she hadn't gone on lunch yet. Awesome customer service. Is a half-star an option?

The absolute worse teller I’ve dealt with my regular branch was closed I deal with Virgie at the Neptune branch she’s great . This lady Kim was so rude .

Just used the free notary service. I rely on the awesome mobile banking app usually, but I get great service whenever I do need to go to a branch.
