The best group fitness gym in Jax. The training programs here are top notch as is the guidance from the coaches. Members here get Body Composition scans along with personalized nutritional guidance to ensure results. The community here between members is awesome and everyone is very welcoming and friendly.

I’m not a gym person in anyway but this gym is so welcoming and supportive! I always feel comfortable going in to work out, I started with personal training with Kristina and she was able to help me get on pace to be able to join the group sessions, I’m so thankful for the coaches here who have helped me get stronger and be able to do things I never thought I’d be able to do.

The best way to start my day! Coach Mia brings the best energy to her classes. I am a beginner and feel so comfortable if I don’t know how to do a workout, she is great about telling me exactly how to fix my form. I’ll definitely be back!

Can’t say enough about Ron and the amazing coaches at BDF. This is a true community - it’s not about how much you can squat or how fast you can run or any of that - it’s about coming together to push each other and grow together.

After researching and visiting several gyms when getting back on my fitness journey, I decided on Burn District Fitness and haven't regretted it. The amount of enthusiasm, knowledge and extra attention given by the coaches is 2nd to none. Consult sessions and videos of both encouragement and health reminders is icing on the cake. So glad I made the decision that I did and growing more and more to love my new gym family.

From the coaches to all the members, everyone is always so encouraging, positive and friendly, which is what makes coming here day in and day out so enjoyable! With a variety of classes and workouts, there is something here for every one, no matter the fitness level. So happy to be a part of such a great group from day one.

The classes are always varied and challenging; yet can be tailored to specific goals and needs. More over, the community is supportive and friendly. Burn truly is more of a family with a fitness addiction than a gym.

Unlike other gyms, Burn District is personable and provides a level of accountability… which is just what i needed post 2 babies. Now, I am back in a workout routine and feeling stronger than before

Ron and all of the trainers have done an amazing job building not only a great gym but also a great culture. The small class sizes allow trainers to be more attentive to the needs of their clients. Their workouts and programming can be tailored to both novice gym goers and experts alike. In addition to group fitness classes, they offer specialized personal training for runners and nutrition coaching. If you are looking for more than just a place to work out, Burn District is a great place to get your sweat on!!!

Update: I've been doing personal training sessions for almost 4 full months and it continues to help me improve my running substantially and my overall physical fitness. I've been able to accomplish more here in 4 months with my running than I could on my own for years. It's a great environment where you really enjoy your workout.Great gym! I've been doing personal training sessions for about a month now and really enjoy the sessions and the results I am starting to see. I came to this gym to cross-train for running and to try to finally get rid of those injuries that pop up from various weak muscle areas. I was referred to this gym and was surprised that it was in a location I often passed, but never noticed it. I'm thankful for the referral and that they're in such a great location as I am already seeing improvements in my running. The owner and the other trainers are very friendly and helpful and create a really great, welcoming, and inclusive environment. I usually probably would have stopped going to other gyms by now as I've done in the past, when I feel out of place or like I'm not getting anything out of it. I have never felt that way here and always feel that each workout is well thought ansld targeted to help me toward my goals. Best gym you never knew was there, but one many of us could benefit from-especially those of us who love long distance running and want to become injury free!

I've been a member of this gym since 2018, shortly after it opened. My experiences have been nothing but phenomenal. The coaches are always enthusiastic and engaged, and always willing to offer an encouraging word or correct my form. Because of this gym, I have been able to attain two life goals I never thought possible: becoming an NCAA football official and becoming a professional firefighter at almost 50! I have loved every minute at this gym and I hope your experience is as good as mine.

Not many things will get me out of bed at 4am except a 5am class at Burn District Fitness. I don’t live around the corner but the 25 minute drive is well worth the experience. The coaches have great energy and the expertise on all movements and modifications. No workout is ever the same which definitely challenges you. And who doesn’t love a good challenge? Once you try it and love it (which you will), you’ll become part of the best gym family and community ever (I’ve been a member since day 1)!
