Wife ordered a fancy 4x8 antique glass mirror from CA. That is four feet by eight feet. She had it shipped to Chao. They gave her many great ideas on framing it and took time to see the interior of our home to insure a great match.Man did they succeed! Hung the monster today, very heavy, wrought iron frame. It looks McFabulous! Thanks Chao, happy wife happy life!!!

They have done all art for our current home, as well as our past three residences. Each unique and beautiful in they’d own way. Highly recommend their services! Trying to support my local beach frame shop, I took three prints (in European sizing) for custom frames. Their snobbiness and lack of customer service was appalling. I politely explained that my goal was low cost, clearly as a novice with art framing services. The clerk I worked with was resistant to itemizing the pricing. I still went through with it. Was unhappy with how one of the prints turned out (the other two looked great). When I inquired about the third print, I was met with an inconvenienced and annoyed response. They told me this print was a different type of paper, and that its buckling and warping under the glass with humidity was normal. This was never pointed out or mentioned when I was placing the order. Had they set this expectation, I wouldn't have paid to have that print framed. Offering no solution and insinuating that it was my fault, I asked why no one would mention this from the beginning: they replied "normally our customers know art pretty well." See ya never, Chao!
