I dropped in for a full week and the space was very accommodating. They have an outdoor space and an extra room if you go during their normal class time where you can do other programming. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Great option for out of towners to drop in!

Popped in here for a drop in class and had a wonderful time! The coaches were welcoming, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this box to beginners as well as advanced athletes! ??

I went to do sauna and a cold plunge and totally forgot the guys name, but he was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, helpful and accommodating my colleagues and I. It was my very first time doing a cold plunge and he helped me get through the whole 3 minutes! Highly recommend this place for gym, sauna, and cold plunge!

My favorite CrossFit gym! Staff are great, classes are fun and accessible for any level of fitness. The sauna and cold plunge are an added benefit!

CrossFit Total Control is an exceptional fitness destination. The coaches are knowledgeable and passionate, creating a supportive and motivating environment. Workouts are diverse and challenging, catering to all levels. The community here is welcoming, making sessions enjoyable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun workout experience, whether living in Jacksonville or just stopping in for a workout while visiting the area.

Visiting with friends from out of town and wanted a workout. Everyone was extremely welcoming and we happened to be there on a double Hero WOD day, just our luck!Gave them money for the day to support the gym, used the sauna and cold plunge as well. Gym was great. Overall awesome experience

Best CrossFit gym in Jax hands down. They have two locations. Recent additions of Sauna & Cold Plunge have been huge. Great for all levels, there’s some amazing athletes as well as beginners. A lot of space for Open Gym as well.

We visited CrossFit Total Control on our vacation this week. Have to say hands down what a great workout we had. The environment was great and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Alex and Russ were great coaches giving us tips in technique were we needed it. We will definitely be coming back on our next vacation. Thanks again CrossFit Total Control
