Dropped in on a Saturday class and had a great time! They have a very inviting staff and atmosphere! Very clean and organized facilities as well. Would definitely recommend this gym!

I joined this gym when I moved to Jax earlier this year and I have no regrets. Everyone is so kind and welcomed me right in! I had never done CrossFit before but all of the coaches have been amazing at helping me learn. Love, love this place!

Great Gym and group of people! I've never done cross fit before and was looking for a change to get stronger. It's definitely helped me reach my goals and I feel so much stronger than when I first started.
