Easy move in, very clean and cool temperature inside. This is my 2nd or 3rd time using this location. Highly recommend- Scott is friendly/ professional and Jason was also great helping me yesterday.

I was going to upgrade to a larger unit. Scott took the time to explain the current rate increases on a larger units due to scarcity. So I ended up getting two smaller units, which actually ended up cheaper in the long run.

I have had a unit at the Jax beach location for nearly 10 years and it's always been such a great experience. Scott is so friendly and helpful and the place is always immaculately clean. I have recommended this place so many friends and will always use them for my storage needs.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Scott the general manager. From our first step into the storage we saw how immaculate everything was, we knew this was gonna be the place. We were going to store furniture and until our house was done.
He even helped us with a couple of furniture pieces, going out of his way while he was adjusting things on the premises.
Very grateful and highly recommend to everyone.

Scott has been amazing to work with and has provided exceptional service the past 4 months while having all of our belongings in storage. The facility is exceptionally clean and secure. Couldn’t say better things about this place and always had peace of mind that my valuables were always looked after.

Such a clean and safe and secure space! We rented a unit over the summer and had SU haha great experience. Scott was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating throughout the process. I would highly recommend using this storage unit if you are in Jacksonville.

I would highly recommend this storage facility! Not only is it spotless but the owner definitely went above and beyond when we were in a bind with a moving company arriving late. He made the move with the horrible moving company situation come to and good close. He came down after hours to allow us to get our stuff in when we had no other option. Very kind and thoughtful! Would recommend to anyone!
