Excellent experience. I made the mistake of purchasing the wrong storage unit for my needs and they were extremely gracious and forgiving with cost in finding the correct unit for me and transferring my belongings from one to the other no extra cost. Highly recommended

I had THE most amazing experience today. Needing a small indoor unit, I visited the CubeSmart in Jax Beach. I’ve passed by a million times and have always been impressed by the looks of the exterior. The entire establishment is immaculate inside and out. Scott Anderson greeted me by the outside entrance and provided works class customer service. Less than 15 minutes later, I was out the door with the perfect unit for my needs with the entire transaction completed. Scott and CubeSmart get a 5 Star A+ rating from me and it’s well deserved.
