No wonder this store has low reviews. I’m a local, daily regular (I live next door) and just went in to return some DIRECTV equipment through the UPS drop and not only was the elder gentleman cashier rude, but the store manager was unbelievably disrespectful. He cut me off, literally rolled his eyes, then turned his head away from me after I asked him if I could finish my sentence. I’m shocked at the level of dismissive rudeness I encountered there and quite honestly, it’s not the first time, it’s just the first time it was so bad that a review was required. I will also be filing a formal complaint as high up as I can go. I’m not a Karen (no offensive to actual Karen’s), but this is just unacceptable. He didn’t explain options, tell me why they couldn’t take the box (in spite of the email I tried to show him stating they should be able to based on what I had from Directtv), didn’t offer any apology for not being able to help - nothing. He appears to be a Post-Covid, difficult labor market, desperate hire. CVS - you must demand better customer service.

50 minutes + in the drive thru line. Clearly something has failed in the CVS system. Time to shop somewhere else. Absolutely worst pharmacy you could ever go to. HORRIBLE customer service, they will literally walk back and forth doing pretty much nothing but move bags around lol. You can stand there for 30 min and no one will help you. It's ALWAYS like this too. I hate to be mean but horrible horrible horrible management.

I had been to the emergency room and they had sent my prescriptions to a pharmacy that didn’t open for hours . I called the ER and asked to have the prescription transferred to this pharmacy. The pharmacist check on line as soon as they opened, found the order and filled it in less that 15 min.

I try my hardest to stay healthy just to avoid the mental misery of having to pick up a prescription at this cvs.... You always know when people are paid by the hour versus by their production because they're in no hurry to help you or do it well. This cvs is no exception to that rule. The speed at which these people operate makes the DMV look like the staff at Chick-fil-A...The upside is that you could binge watch an entire season of your favorite show while waiting to pick up a prescription. Or perhaps read that novel that you keep meaning to take a crack at. It doesn't matter if you're in the drive thru or inside. Both are horrible... Whenever possible I switch my regular prescriptions over to Amazon pharmacy. It's a lot more convenient, usually less expensive and a whole lot more enjoyable than visiting this dump... Stay healthy my friends.
