Went to The Yards and Edwin Watts Jax Beach was hosting a Demo Day Saturday 4/13. All the major club manufacturers were there. Stopped by the Taylor-made tent, and they sold me on a new Qi10 driver. John with Edwin Watts was extremely helpful and took down all my information. He called me this morning and was ready to place the order. However, I had a club to trade-in to put towards the purchase. Went there after work and John had already left, but Don and Bill (General Manager) were there to assist. They were very pleasant and a joy to work with through the transaction. They even gave me more for my club than expected and threw in a dozen balls as well. Highly recommend this Edwin Watts and they have my business moving forward. Thanks again, Bill and Don!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience getting fitted here by Tracy. Have played a couple rounds with my new irons and woods and things are going great! Travelling from Gainesville to come here did not disappoint. If you have any questions about what clubs are best for your golf game you'll find the answers here. Only regret is I didn't do this 2 years ago!

These guys are on their A game with a quick turnaround time and same-day service. Chris helped me reshaft a wedge, and then went out of his way to find the factory Callaway grip to put on it to ensure it would match the rest of my set. While I was in the store, I also inquired about a shaft for my 3 wood that has been impossible to find for months and without hesitation Chris and Bill went to the back and tracked down the exact model I had been looking for. 10/10 service, I can’t recommend this shop enough.

This is the place to go in Jacksonville for meeting your golf needs! We’ve now bought our third set of clubs from them because the experts in the store take the time to make sure we find what works best. My son met with Garrett yesterday who went out of his way to test multiple sets and even find a specific club from an out of state location. This store came highly recommended and I have to completely agree!!

I had a phenomenal fitting experience with Patrick at Edwin Watts. This was my first full iron and wedge fitting. Patrick had me try a wide variety of clubs/shafts to find what felt best and gave the desired results. I would 100% recommend going to see Patrick to get fitted.

unfortunately i purchased over $2500 dollars worth of merchandise here in the last 2 years and was planning on purchasing my son's set of clubs but i was very disappointed by the service snd experience i had after i purchased a set of Taylor Made irons where the 7 iron shaft broke and was told that the warranty expired and they didn't seem to give a crap and wanted to charge me to reshaft it at my expense. They could see how much merchandise i have purchased and i guess they don't care! I guess they lost my business forever. I won't buy a package of tees from them.

Friendly and helpful people - put new grips on my clubs quickly and helped with sizing. Also sized new glove for my daughter. This place has been here a while I don't think it's going anywhere soon

I went in to get my husband a Christmas present. Knew exactly what I wanted. Asked an employee where is this specific club and was ignored and directed to another employee. When I asked the employee I was directed to he rolled his eyes and said “yeah sweetheart, go wait over there” proceeded to chitchat with another employee for 15 before helping me. By that time I have found the club myself. If it was not for the fact that if I ordered online the club would not be here in time I would have not given any business to this company.

The best quality of this store is the staff.Both Tommy J and John S have at no cost fitted me for clubs. Irons, woods, putter and most recently a driver.With my new driver I have turned my slice into a nice draw. Best of all they never tried to upsell me.
