I had the BEST experience here. I usually ship my items through this FedEx- goes smooth and easy every time. Today I received an email that a return was not received, and Barry provided the most top notch customer service to prove my package was correctly shipped by FedEx. I was completely blown away by how awesome these guys are. Thanks to them, I won’t be charged for not returning my item (and I had thrown away my tracking number like an idiot!!) 1000000% recommend!!

The most organized and clean FedEx I ever saw in my life💟
The dynamic of the employees is mesmerizing, there's harmony and it has an air of Santa Claus toy shop 💖 everyone knows what they are doing and they are always busy.
Shout out to Barry, Melissa and Kyle they all helped me out with a movie poster that I thought I had to send somewhere to get it laminated 🥲
One answered my call, the other one gave assistance and advice and the other one was so kind and gracious that it left me speechless. I felt like applying for a job there, it was so calming to see them working joyfully, I definitely will be back for more good and fast service, tysm.

Wow, what a gem of a store and staff! I had to get a bunch of stuff printed for my wedding and Stephen at this Marsh Landing location was the most patient, helpful, and truly caring person ever. He worked with me on paper type, test printed things for me, allowed me to make changes in paper type and qty after the order was placed and even helped with aligning some of my graphics and texts that didn’t fully line up. Honestly, everyone I talked to at this location was so kind. So refreshing and made me feel at ease during an otherwise stressful week.
The quality of the print job was also done perfectly…truly made my vision come to life. THANK YOU!

Whoever FedEx has doing deliveries in the beach area is absolutely terrible, they're always delivering packages to the wrong address. Absolutely terrible.

Melissa is a life saver! Left my house/car keys in Florida while on vacation. Had a friend bring them into the FedEx store the Tuesday night before Hurrican Milton hit and a young man had overnight delivery setup but for weekday only delivery for some reason. With the store being closed Wednesday and Thursday for the hurricane, delivery date wasn't going to be until the following Monday. I called the store at 9am on Friday, explained the situation to Melissa, and asked if there was anything we could do to get those keys to Arizona the very next day. She was super patient, super friendly, and super accommodating. She was able to cancel the existing package as it was still in the store and re-entered all the details for the new package. My keys made it to my door in Phoenix, Arizona in less than 24 hours! Thank you FedEx but a bigger thank you to Melissa for being so awesome!

I recently visited the FedEx Marsh Landing location for the third time, and once again, I had an EXCELLENT experience! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I needed help finding a receipt, and they jumped right in to assist me. I’m consistently impressed by the great service they offer each time. Highly recommend this location!

I very rarely write reviews. We received such caring, professional and personalized customer service by Ahjanae (hope I am spelling her name right!). After being turned away by 4 other business, we happened upon the Fedex to have a funeral program printed. Understandably, this is not a pleasant experience. However, Ahjanae really went above and beyond. She worked with us and even got assistance from another Fedex location (San Jose). Once we reached the San Jose location, she even called to make sure our order went through correctly!! Excellent service!!! Ahjanae deserves a raise! :-)

Twice I have raised across town to send something before they close. Both times it was ten minutes before closing and they closed early. Poor management.

This location is always very pleasant and everyone is always helpful, however Barry went absolutely above and beyond with his customer service and I can't reiterate enough how helpful he was. Someone give this man a raise.

Can I just say, Jesse, who is working at your store today, is absolutely amazing and a pleasure to work with! I had a lot of returns with labels today, but I had one especially tricky return with a big area rug. Needless to say, it has been a stressful day of running errands, and Jesse helped me out with the rug, got everything taken care of, and really eased my burden for the day. Thanks a lot Jesse, you’re the man!
