Can I just say, Jesse, who is working at your store today, is absolutely amazing and a pleasure to work with! I had a lot of returns with labels today, but I had one especially tricky return with a big area rug. Needless to say, it has been a stressful day of running errands, and Jesse helped me out with the rug, got everything taken care of, and really eased my burden for the day. Thanks a lot Jesse, you’re the man!

Absolutely horrible experience with their Rush My Passport services. It was not explained well, very expensive and photo they took rejected after paying a fortune to submit everything . Now I have to pay again to fix the issue that they were responsible for. Not at all helpful just put blame elsewhere meanwhile they offer the service. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!

This location often closes early without updating its hours. It is supposed to be open until 7pm this evening but the doors are locked at 6:20pm. There is zero consideration to update their hours for people who drive here, only to find them closed. Why not be more considerate?

Called twice, recording had info about 4th of July(it’s October 1st). Listed on iPhone Apple maps as open (Sunday); it’s not. But not knowing that I called twice, no one answered after I selected the right menu option, twice, believing it was open like the maps said, and believed they were too busy to answer the phone. Thought, “Maybe it’s quicker to drive there 20 minutes each way than keep calling the store.” Wasted trip of course, they were closed. Went to online ordering and tried to print my invitations. No option to use card stock or any size other than paper, so could not order there either.I guess this is the New World Order: Do as little as possible and who cares how much time customers waste driving around, calling and going online. I’m so sick of companies acting irresponsibly. You would think the owners of this place would take a little more pride in their business. Probably the corporate franchise is difficult for them as well. Whatever. Apparently it’s the way things are done these days, sloppy, don’t care, not doing anything about it. It’s evil to waste people’s time. Please take some responsibility for your business.

Barry and Melissa are the best! They helped me troubleshoot issues with my flyer and were super helpful throughout the printing process. I was printing a flyer for my Grandmother's Memorial and I needed it to be perfect. They helped me achieve that. Super nice people, patient, and very focused on customer service. I'm now forever loyal to the Fedex at Marsh Landing Parkway!

Both Barry and Melissa were incredibly attentive, very knowledgeable, very professional, and made sure we were happy with the materials they provided. They were able to get us in and out quickly and the quality they delivered was exceptional. I truly appreciated the prompt attention, and the professional and friendly manner with which we were treated by the employees at this location.

Horrible customer service. Rude staff. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to San Pablo location. Manager obviously doesn’t care staff is rude to its customers. Top down issue..

I use FedEx and UPS 4 -5 times per week at multiple locations and receive excellent friendly service Except for FedEx at Marsh Landing! I normally wouldn't bother giving the review however every time I go to this location it is the worst customer service ever. One particular female is consistently rude and condescending.
