They refused to take my employee's passport photo, even though we were instructed by FedEx to go to this location. They claimed they don’t provide that service here, despite the fact that they do offer it as stated online. A quick search on the FedEx website confirms that this is a service available at this location.

Would give this location a zero star if I could. They lost my package after I had dropped it off to them for delivery to my warranty company. I opened up 3 cases with customer service and they closed them all saying they returned my package back to shipper without showing any proof or even updating the tracking number, still says it's in the process of returning and that it's not complete

An employee of this store (lady with ponytail) went way out of her way to help me.. a level of customer service rarely seen any more. I couldn't thank her enough.
She is an awesome Fed ex office employee.

The evening employees are very rude. Literally told me I had 2 seconds before they’d stop helping me when they still had 15 minutes until closing. When they couldn’t figure out how to print the file, the staff left the building pretending to leave and be off work and then re-entered the store when I got to my car so as to not help me. Absolutely unprofessional and the worst customer service ever.

I was called out by an employee upon my immediate entrance saying this employee was allergic to dogs. I had just picked up my dog from the groomers and was not leaving her in the car, in Florida, for for an extended period of time as I noticed the line was out the door. I had already called ahead to see if my order was ready and let them know I was on my way. I was assure my pick up would be given to me but was skipped by costumers. I was finally helped and received attitude by the employees.
*note, my dog weighs 15lbs and was in my arm the entire time. She’s in training to be a therapy dog so friendly interactions and public places are normal for her. I didn’t know if fedex was “pet friendly” and I didn’t want to make anyone uncomfortable so I chose to carry her rather than using the crossbody leash.*
ON TOP OF ALL THAT - my order for laminated files was poorly done. Over half of them are not laminated and the sheets are falling out of the laminate covers.

Mailing the package & taking my money was no problem. I paid for 2 day shipping & when the package hadn’t arrived by day 3, I could not find anyone to help me determine when the package would be delivered, if I could get a refund on the 2 day shipping charge, etc. I used the online assistant, called customer service AND the store where I mailed from, and all anyone would tell me was the “package was in transit”. What??? I will never use FedEx again if this is all the help they can be. Even the USPS is better than this!!!

Be sure to ask the store to label your package and verify it with you. They shipped a laptop to a completely wrong address and there is seemingly no way to recover it.

Reyna I hope I got her name right was terrific! She had a bright welcoming smile as soon as qe walked in, I needed help with copy print fax she came right over and made sure we were good she has Amazing customer service very helpful I noticed other employees also helpful with customers I expected to have a hard time cause I had to fax I mean who does that anymore bit they were ready for my needs.

I went in for a return, but didn't have a box that's big enough for my item . Two employees were fully assisting me, one was measuring and the other one was making a call to get a bigger box but there's this one employee that's not having a good day or something, told to take it
to a different location ( the one in Marsh Landing ) or bring back tomorrow by then they will have the box, even though the other one said that if I paid 35$ she'll wrapped it nicely so I don't have to come back or go anywhere, anymore. I took my return now I'm writing this out of frustration to that one employee .
