Using them for 3 years and never had a problem or delay in a delivery. I find them to be very responsive and easy to deal with.

We had a serious time crunch that the builder put us in to meet CO at last minute and Ferrell Gas accepted the challenge and made it happen. Two names to remember,Christina Youssef and Christopher Coates. Those two went above beyond for us, and came through like Champs. Thanks!!

Local people are nice but they are extremely slow to respond to calls, if they call you back at all. They want to charge me to move my tank that isn't installed up to code.
