Prices are doubled compared to our local propane companies. We inherited the tank and the company when we purchased our home. We noticed their prices were much higher and they were willing to work with us by matching our local companies. Now they are no longer willing to help us out as we have paid on time and have been loyal. We have found several companies who can provide the service and better pricing for the same product. I asked to speak to a manager and they never called me back. Time to move on and find a company who isn't greedy in this economy!

We had a serious time crunch that the builder put us in to meet CO at last minute and Ferrell Gas accepted the challenge and made it happen. Two names to remember,Christina Youssef and Christopher Coates. Those two went above beyond for us, and came through like Champs. Thanks!!

After 15 minutes waiting on hold to find out if they could provide service on our tank, the phone "hung up." Terrible service, nothing but robots answering the phone.

After years of being a customer with two heads med serviced by Ferrell, the end has come. When a company gets too big to take care of it's faithful customers, it's time to move on. We are in the process of selling a home and contacted them 10 days in advance of the closing to get the value of the gas in our tank so we can be credited. We were told to take a picture of the reading ourselves and email it to the customer service agent. She would have the reading to us in a matter of hours. Now, we're one day before the closing and still don't by have it. We've called every day and they all are the notes in our file but they can't help us. We've asked for supervisors but they can't do that either. It's either cancel the closing or give the gas to our buyers free. Thanks a lot Ferrell!!

Local people are nice but they are extremely slow to respond to calls, if they call you back at all. They want to charge me to move my tank that isn't installed up to code.
