I’m really disappointed in my simple request for a trim. I don’t have any before pictures, but as you can see the ends are very uneven and choppy. There is no layering whatsoever. It feels rough and thick at the ends too. Super bummed.

I always appreciate how convenient check-in at Great clips is, and how quickly they can get my cut done. Admittedly, I don't have a super complicated style, but it's always done to specification and they always ask if they need to do anything different. Great Clips truly has a rare gem in their stylist Olga! Olga has cut (and colored) my hair for almost 8 years, and has given me some of the best cuts I've ever had! That's saying a lot, as I have lived in Boston and San Francisco and utilized high end salons in both of those markets. Olga is not just a stylist who simply gives you a haircut - she takes into consideration your preferences, what would work best for your face shape and hair texture, and with her creativity, vision, and a bit magic creates a work of art. I have people tell me all the time that they love my hair, and they always ask who cuts it. Olga has worked with me on transitioning my hair from medium length, to a bob, and now to a short pixie after going from colored hair to my natural grey. She could easily command $100 an hour or more. Jacksonville Beach and Great Clips is privileged to have this talent. I've added photos that show my hair transition as I've gone to silver hair from 1/22 through 4/23. In fact, my twin sister, who lives in San Francisco, now travels to Jacksonville for Olga to cut her hair. I highly recommend her! Thank you Super Cuts for a great experience and thank you Olga!
