This place is a godsend. Tight budget? No problem. Got kids? No problem. I brought my daughter and my nephew here on a whim after we waited at another salon to open up that never did…lol poor planning on my part.
Lori and China knocked it right out of the park! My daughter is 11 years old and is going through the phase where everything is mediocre to her, and when she walked out of there, she was in love with her hair. She was in her feelings about her hair. She absolutely identified with her haircut ready to start the sixth grade. I was very grateful for what these women and their skillZ brought to the table.

This has happened to me twice I probably won't try him again the checkin times are far from accurate. I was told 18 minute wait 45 minutes ago. 2 times I've checked in and two times I've left when it ran way past time.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but this is really frustrating. I have curly hair and came in for a super simple bang trim. The stylist clearly didn’t know how to cut curly hair, but instead of telling me that, tried to cut it like straight hair and completely butchered it. I’m not expecting a five star service for $13, but it would be nice to have some integrity from hairdressers so no one has to walk out looking like season three Will Byers.

They suck. All three employees with a combine IQ of 26. The sense of urgency for other people’s time is also disgraceful. if you are looking for an adult haircut, do not come here their clowns and will find a way to ruin it.

My child normally goes to a barber but we went out to eat next store & he wanted to get a hair cut because he seen through the glass they had lollipops.
Roseyg (stylist on receipt) was rude & VERY aggressive with him. Turning his head hard & did not take the time to explain what she was doing or anything.
Do not recommend taking toddlers here.
We will definitely stick with our barber .
The first thing my little one said was that he didn’t like how she treated him.
We will not be back.

Horrible!! Our worse experience ever!! I have a disabled young adult that we have worked years to get him to manage a haircut Without anxiety. And the notes clearly said for 4" on side and 4.5 on top! She completely hacked all his hair off with the 4". He is basically bald. He was getting frustrated and I stopped her once I realized she ruined his hair!Only two people in the salon and both were rude! I do not recommend this place!

The "hair stylist" who cut my hair kept a scowl on her face the whole time, rushed through the job, and had nothing to say until at the end she said, "I'm finished". She didn't ask me if it looked all right or anything and hold a mirror behind me to allow me to see the results but merely marched up to the checkout register. She never said another word to me, whether to thank me for the tip, or anything else. When I got back home I discovered that I had received probably the worst haircut I'd ever had. I complained to the Corporate office and they emailed back, saying " We will contact the owner of the salon about your experience, who will get in touch with you in a timely manner.". That was 70 days ago and I have heard nothing from the franchisee.

Absolutely unprofessional. Been trying to get a haircut for weeks. Finally get to a location before they close. They don’t have any customers at all. Two employees and they want to argue that they will not cut my hair. I have been going exclusively to great clips for a couple years now. They could have gotten me out before they even close. Unbelievable!
