Everything went well up to the installation. I am a contractor and unfortunately we broke a window on a high rise. We ordered the glass and paid for it up front. I get a call yesterday from them saying they are in the lobby to install it without any notice. Mind you this is for the unit owner NOT me and they knew this up front. Luckily the unit owner was home and it was installed. I just think there should have been better communication and an actual install date scheduled prior.

I made a call, a person came out and measured the office called I put my deposit down the windows were delivered and installed it all went smoothly.

Bailey and Alex did a great job troubleshooting a problem we had with our existing frameless shower door. They repaired it in no time and did a great job. I would recommend them for your glass and/or mirror needs.
