I came in with an emergency - a screw had fallen off of the glasses I use every day for work. Spencer was so kind and quick to help me. He even custom made a new screw to piece back together the leg that fallen off from the frame. I work in dentistry and these magnifying glasses are an important part of my every day. Ken was fantastic! He was very kind and broke down the costs for us with our insurance so we felt confident with our purchase! Beatrice was also great! She clocked that my husband had never worn glasses and wasn’t sure which frames look best. She helped pick out several great frames and made it easy to find some great frames.
