I gave my MacBook to Marc several months back and never heard from him nor did he answer my Texts, Calls or Emails. I then had to deploy unexpectedly for a long period of time and have since been reaching out to him about getting back my assets with still no response. I plan to reach out to authorities if I do not receive a response within the week. I was suspect when I showed up mid day to drop my computer off and he seemed dazed and confused but gave him the benefit of the doubt as he may have been up late working on computers.

I called him up because I’m getting a new pc and wanted to know how to migrate the stuff and he told me exactly how to do it and to give him a call if I needed any help I would totally recommend him he was very nice!! Usually places like this would want me to bring the system I for like $100 and do 15 minutes of work he just told me what to do and made it fast and easy!!!

Sent one of my employees to use Mark to put money in local shops BIG MISTAKE .. next step is to get JSO involved due to the constant beating around the bush 4 months later for an (OVERNIGHT FIX ) . Apparently a "nice former marine" is really just a man with a substance abuse problem stealing devices out of his home . BTW read the other reviews , they are old or fake (perhaps before a RELAPSE) do your self a favor and just hit your device with a hammer at least youll have it

Marc was able to diagnose and repair a really tricky problem with my flash drive laptop. I had 2 other IT pro's look, and they were baffled. Marc figured it out! He was able to bring my laptop back to life with a real fun OS (linuxMint) This OS is great, not to heavy, and it is very snappy. I'm pumped! Thanks Marc! Love having a computer pro right down the street here at the Beaches.
