beware of this shop!! i brought two older laptops and a new one. i spoke to a guy i thought was a manager (mike?) but he was rude and intimidating. i explained the glitch i needed fixed in both older computers and wanted the new laptop set up the same and needed to get into my new. laptop. i also wanted all passwords removed. he immediately charged me $130 but did not explain what it covered. i had never used a computer repair shop before so i thought he would take charges for dagnostics and repairs from the amount he took from my visa. i took a leaflet from the desk to read on my way home. while waiting the guy i met 2 days earlier came out from the back dressed casually and didnt even look at me on his way out. a young guy came out from the back -- he looked nothing like a tech and appeared clueless. i checked one and couldnt get in because he did nothing about the old password. he said he couldnt unlock my new laptop without a password! i couldn't get into wifi on the only one i could get into. the new one wouldnt even turn on! i asked what my $130 chage covered because according to the leaflet the cost of diagnostics for both laptops should have cost $50! he got so flustered and said since we couldnt agree he would credit my visa....the next day my bank said there was no credit on my card and i received a bill for $135 via email w/o identifying any work done. ..i can not find the name of the owner before filing suit. this happens a lot to me and i think my age and the fact that i use a walker turns people off and the truth is i was an easy target. i cant use any of my 3 laptops nor can i afford to fix them - and how can i find an honest shop -- i was diligent about reading reviews but someone told me they can write them. can anyone recommend one near the beahes?

Highly recommend them for any tech repairs. I worked with Mike, Super knowledgeable, great service at affordable prices. My Samsung phone crashed under a car and the screen would not turn on. I thought I lost all my valuable notes and contacts on the phone, until I stopped by here for review and Mike assured me to fix the phone and retrieve the data. To my biggest surprise Mike was able to retrieve all my data and also helped me transfer it to my new phone.With all your tech issues, go straight to "Nothing But Tech Repairs"

Called up this company to see if they could take care of a situation that I have regarding downloading videos and some photos onto a flash drive they said no problem bring it on in . They had everything I needed downloaded for me that day onto a flash drive for a presentation that I had to do.. These guys are awesome!!! unbelievable customer service , and really reasonable pricing. I can't say enough about Mike and Will who work here and took care of me. I will definitely be back here for any of my computer issues or cell phone issues, they also replace cell phone glass that's cracked.. thanks again for your help Mike on my situation .Ralph
