The Jacksonville Beach store is the best! All the associates, especially behind the print counter are really helpful, especially when you have trickier print jobs. Definitely recommend this team for your printing needs!

Do not drop your FedEx or UPS packages at this location. Went in to drop off two packages. One was FedEx smartpost and the other UPS Surepost. I asked ahead of time if they accept UPS and FedEx packages. I was told they do and FedEx and UPS would pick it up the next day. I was never given a receipt or confirmation of them being scanned in. Checked two days later and both were scanned in to the post office, which was not supposed to have happened, as that will cause shipping delays. Post office may also lose the package too. I spoke to the person at the store and was told they do not scan packages and give it to whoever arrives the next day. Never got an apology for the issue. Horrible customer service, very unhelpful. Don’t go here as you risk your packages getting lost.

You will never get deliveries from here - they try to pay 5.50 to drive 24 miles, that BARELY covers gas there let alone there and back, much less the time. If they won't pay, you won't get orders

They didn't have the chair I wanted, so they ordered it, and it will be shipped to my house! Even better, I don't have to try and it it in my car!

I had an issue uploading my flyer from my office but once I went into the store the staff was extremely helpful and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with my beautiful flyers.

This is the WORST office depot in Jacksonville! The customer service isn't helpful at all. The people in the print area do not seem to know what they are doing especially the lady who isn't the most friendly person I've met. This is my 3rd experience at this location. Needless to say, I'd rather drive an hour and receive decent help than return here to this.

Terrible experience. Rejected my order I've done many times in large size printing wantes me to change to a more expensive type of printing without notice. Now I've got to wait 5 days for a refund. Will not be coming back.

I trust purchasing from Home Depot and Office Depot, they are professional and deliver on time. The only thing I wish they fix for the future is to mark the screws of furniture as they are marked in the instruction booklet so we don’t get confused which screw to use. Thanks
