I recently moved from the UK and had been searching for someone I could trust with maintaining my red hair. After months of looking, I was so grateful to book a consultation with Carissa and I instantly knew she was the one! I even made the drive from Gainesville and it was absolutely worth it for the amazing results. Carissa’s expertise and vision for my colour gave me so much confidence, not to mention I have been getting a lot of compliments on my red hair! I also had a haircut with Lacey, who knew exactly what I wanted and delivered perfectly. If you’re new to Jacksonville and looking for a salon you can count on, I highly recommend this team!

I went to Carissa for a curly cut and she did amazing! Very professional from the moment I came into the salon. We talked about what I wanted from the haircut and she delivered! Bonus that she does razor cuts :)I think I have found my new stylist!

THE BEST salon out there!! Carissa is simply fantastic, as are all the stylists who work there.
From the highest quality stylists around, to wonderful and thoughtful Eco-friendly products, to the gorgeous interior, this is the best place in Florida you can go. They do a great job on men and women. The style of the place reflects the style they'll leave you walking out the door with. I could not recommend it enough! Worth every penny!

Just moved here and was desperately looking for a salon that could help me with my hair in this new climate. Carissa was such a guru! She knew all of my frustrations before I could even tell her. She did a gloss, the rebuilding treatment and finished with the best haircut of my life! She also recommended the perfect home regimen to get me through this crazy hot summer!
A pleasant bonus was the whole apothecary section of Phi, where I was able to stock up on a bunch of natural home products and Carissa even created some custom skin care products for me to take home and try!
I’m grateful that I’ve found my one stop, organic shop and I cannot wait to try many other products by them

This was my first experience at a salon. I have curly hair, and had next to no clue on how to properly care for it. I am so grateful for all of the information and care that I was given! My stylist was so nice and helpful, and walked me through caring for my curls. I left looking great and feeling much more confident and invested in my own hair care than I have in a long time.
Moreover, I appreciate the inclusive and welcoming environment! I am male and received enthusiastic help and support with finding a cute feminine style that was achievable with my hair type.
I spent around 100 for a trim, wash, deep condition, masque and styling. Will certainly be coming back, with more styles to try.

I got a scalp spa which was a waste of my money and time. The hair didn’t feel soft and shiny as it supposed to. I also got a blowdry that was really horrible for the price I paid. My hair was still frizzy. I had been to the salon before and had a great experience then. Very disappointed by the service this time. Do not recommend getting the scalp spa here.

I’ve being going to Phi Eco for a couple of years and using Lacey Roszak as my stylist.
She is unbelievable and definitely the most consistent stylist I’ve ever had.
Not to mention, she has a great personality and always makes it super fun when I go in.
Ive always felt like she is grateful for her clients and treats them with lots of love !
I highly recommend Lacey Roszak for your next appointment.

Carissa and Courtney were incredibly attentive and really listened to my needs, offering great recommendations that were spot on. Their skill and attention to detail made me feel completely confident in their hands.

As someone who’s had health issues/allergies and is mindful of environmental impacts, I was thrilled to find a salon that shares these values. This place is decorated so beautifully. It was extremely clean too! Cindy was my stylist and she was amazing ! She really listened to my concerns. She carefully wove the most delicate baby lights. My hair looks better than it has in years! She was professional and knew her products well! Loved my experience

Phenomenal is an understatement! Cindy, you made my 13-year-old daughter feel so special and loved. She needed a haircut and did a lot of research before choosing Phi Eco. From the moment we walked in, you were so warm and kind. My daughter has thick hair and wanted lots of layers, and you went above and beyond to give her exactly what she wanted.
