Update: I find that funny, since I had the tool (standard Allen key) and I was able to get another moving company out and we got the Tread+ out with no issues! Regardless, don't tell customers you can handle a move when you have lazy employees who don't want to do their job as a mover, and for you to cover for them is ridiculous.
I found out later today that your driver hit my neighbor's mailbox. I will provide your information, hopefully they call the cops and report it as a hit and run. That's the nice thing about cameras.
In addition, you should tell your guys to relax some. Slamming a door, when they seen I was replacing the lock and knocking the lock off the door is BS.

We scheduled a move for today and specifically mentioned that we have a Peloton Tread+ and a Sleep Number bed. When the crew arrived, the first concern was that the driver struggled significantly with backing up the truck.
Then, they informed us that they couldn’t move the Peloton because they weren’t comfortable handling it.
If certain items can’t be moved, customers should be informed upfront instead of finding out on moving day!

Awesome experience using Smooth Moves! Ty and Mike were great. They were cautious with all of our things, and made the entire experience easy. 10/10 would recommend and definitely plan to use in the future!

Needed a last minute move on the first of the month during moving season. Joe was amazing, I called him asked to be put on a list and see just what he could do to help me. Within an hour he called me back and my move is covered. I am so thankful at the level of professionalism and kindness. Definitely got me out of a tight spot thank you again. I have been in the transportation industry for 15 years and worked for a lot of local movers so I really do appreciate what joe has done for me.

Smooth Moves is appropriately named. My crew was polite, knowledgeable, hardworking and most importantly strong. All their equipment is top notch. With all the moving scams going on nowadays it is refreshing to deal with a honest group.

Thank you for the very efficient and well-done move by your team on the 19th. Your crew: Gavin, Shawn and Shawn were very careful, efficient and conscientious ... also quick. Cindy and I will recommend you to our friends and try to post a great review on your website, if you do that..
In particular, Cindy was very impressed with Gavin and crew's trustworthiness and honesty, as they found a piece of jewelry under the Master bed and presented it to her, right away, which was really surprising and so appreciated. It was a large cut stone I brought back from Afghanistan in 2011 and was set in a 14 k gold, so irreplaceable. This was so rewarding to see such honesty nowadays and we are thankful, so please share with Gavin, Shawn and Shawn.

My co-worker Gerry and I called to book movers for a commercial job and before I could finish saying my company name, Jaden hung up the phone. We called back and she told us they were not interested in solicitation. We told her we are trying to book movers, and she preceded to give us attitude and question the reality of our job. Be aware if you are booking them for commercial work, they may think you are soliciting them.
