relocated from PA last year and was heavily reliant on Staples Tech Support for all our computer needs. Was called today and reminder to renew expiring anti-virus protection. Went to this tech support and Evan was able to provide us what we needed for this computer plus and additional computer purchased since. Evan answered all our questions and was able to download a Media Player required to view a slideshow recently sent for Mother's Day. Outstanding support! Thank you very much. Looking forward to our return trip.

I drove all the way to this store after speaking with the gentleman in the printing department. Once I get there I guess the voice didn’t fit the skin tone. He begin rolling his eyes etc. I came to get business cards after he pretty much let me know he wasn’t interested in helping me I began to walk out as the cashier said He wasn’t able to help you? I responded by letting her know I really didn’t feel like I wanted to so energy is everything and I’ll drive some place else. She just looked like oh well Sunday May 19th 2024 @ 1:15 is my current time since I’m sitting here in my car doing this review.

If I could give a ZERO star review, I would have put it. I placed an order and paid extra for express service which should make my online order ready at 12:00 pm but I did not get the email that it was ready until 1:15 pm and when I came in to pick it up, the lady who helped me was extremely rude and they have messed up my order so bad. Definitely drive the few extra miles and go to Office Depot because they have better staff and quality of work. DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE I GOT.

I came in to have some documents printed this evening and was met by a very unfriendly woman at the print center by the name of Brenda who had an absolute nasty attitude and was very unhelpful as she walked away away with no explanation as to why. Minutes later returned with a horrible attitude letting me know she wasn't happy to assist me in any way. I simply asked for help with the copy machine. Apparently these people are incomplete!

Business cards are a decent quality for a cheap price. The service went above and beyond. Will be back.

Horribly slow service. Employees are easily confused and overwhelmed when there's only ever 5 customers in here max. Why even open your doors all the physical products are available online cheaper to ship to my door and the 2 services you offer (print&ship) your employees are terrible at.

Great location. Tabitha and John were extremely helpful when I placed a business card order. The first print wasn't up to my expectations so they remade them all on different paper that illustrated the colors much better. They were extremely professional and the service was quick. Probably my best experience working with Staples copy and print center.

I have to agree with the other negative posts about this location. I have been using the print services on and off for more than 5 years. I understand that staff and management change, and there have been times where the staff and management have been good, but the current print staff is not. The "promise" of next day for a reorder on cards did not occur. I was called in the evening by MIA to say they were "working on the order" and I could pick it up before the store closed. I told them I would either be there that night or the next morning. I went in to pick up the order the next day at 1:30 pm and was told the order was STILL not completed and to wait ONE HOUR while she helped other customers. Some communication is better than no communication, but inaccurate communication is worse. We all have deadlines and things happen, but people use the service because of the next day promise or guarantee. The price is competitive, but don't count on their turnaround guarantees. It doesn't happen.

You closed the store early.... I have a presentation tomorrow, confirmed pick up time for my order would be today (all I had to do was walk inside and pick it up) and you closed early. I was standing outside, I made EYE CONTACT with the lady counting down the register, I checked the time and you were not supposed to be closed yet. You open at 10am tomorrow, my presentation is at 9am...
