We had a problem that was created by the Apple Store and went into this store and the manager and the associate were sooooo incredibly helpful !! I can’t say enough positive things about this location !! If you have any needs for anything T-Mobile related THIS is the location you need to go to !!!!!!!! Thank you so much for being so helpful and kind ? I wish I could give more than 4 stars ⭐️

Went to T-Mobile at the last minute tonight and needed some major help with my account. Antoine and Sarah helped us and I have never had a better experience with any cell phone location. I am so thrilled and will definitely be back. They’re honest, helpful, and made the absolute best out of a frustrating situation. Highly recommend!

After driving to the store and assurance from the manager we had all the documents needed, Tyler tried to get my mom and I to sign up in store for a plan that was more costly than the plan we saw online. He wouldn't help make sure my mom was comfortable with the process or even help her call to get the online printed rate for 55+ seniors. “Marie @ T mobile” is personally there for me when I come to marsh landing…Cheyenne also. It’s confusing to switch devices/carriers especially when sales reps mislead due to self-interested inattentiveness. Marie has gone above and beyond providing outstanding service in my transfer to iPhone from Android. The learning curve has not been pretty!! But when good people follow through it means a lot.

I was very disappointed with my purchase of an apple watch via a promotion this store was running. When I got my bill a few days later the amount being charge for the watch over the 24 month period was more than the actual cost of the watch despite being told at the store that it was a "free" watch and that all I had to pay was the taxes and activation. To top it all off Craig, the store manager, added a protection plan for the watch which I didn't ask for and which wasn't needed to qualify for the promotion. This store and the manager themselves should be ashamed of misleading customers in their promotions and adding on things the customers aren't asking for. I'll never purchase a phone, watch or anything else for that matter as a promotion from Tmobile ever again. Lesson learned.

1. Rejected phone protection plan and still shows up in the first bill for 2 lines, which was $38/month.2. Set up new family account and the staff didn't ask Essentil, Magenta or Magenta Max. They signed me up for Magenta Max without asking. That's a $30/month difference.Of course I need to call to cancel the protection plan and downgrade to Magenta to waste my time, the customer service's time and the staff in store's time.I could've paid an extra $68/month if I didn't check my first bill.The on-site service was horrible.

I told the manager that was helping me that day that I wanted the basic plan for my new phone and she signed me up for the Magenta Max plan. When I called customer service about it they still charged me a prorated fee even though my new phone wasn't connecting to my number so i was unable to use it anyways. I bought an Apple watch there because there was supposed to be a deal on it and looking at my account, it shows that I am making payments on a full price watch. Whenever I was at the store, I asked for a break down of my bill to see what my monthly payments are gonna be and she wrote everything down with pen and paper. So, I asked for an electronic official break down and she just handed me the paper she wrote on. My bill ended up being almost $100 more than what she had claimed especially since she signed me up for a plan I specifically said I did not want. When my new phone wasn't connecting to my old number I had to go back to the store and it took 3 hours for them to fix it. Also, the Watch they had didn't have the band I wanted so they ordered the one I wanted and said it would be there in 3 days and they would let me know. I had called and they said they didn't know what I was talking about. Wish I never switched. My internet is super slow even when I have several service bars.

I’m not usually the type to write reviews but I felt this one was necessary. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by an employee named Charlie. He was great at communicating and helped me find the phone that worked best for me. I have never been to a store and met an employee with better customer service skills. 10/10 would recommend.

Charles and Ana expertly helped me navigate a somewhat complicated transition from another carrier to T-Mobile. Identifying best plan for me, phone upgrades, etc. Given that I am not tech savvy at all, their assistance (and patience) was invaluable. In my opinion, they are a great credit to T-Mobile.

i usually don’t write reviews but i would feel bad if it didn’t. the customer service at this location was beyond good. everyone was extremely friendly and helped me get the plan i needed. the guy who helped me was named Charlie and honestly he made my day with his banter. 10/10 would buy another phone again
