I have been coming to Target stores for many many years - in Florida alone, it is over 30 years! I received a coupon in the mail, went to use and the store system would not recognize it! So the manager said tough on me not getting the 20% discount at all! Pic attached. The coupon says 20% off food & beverage - expires 1/6/2024????????Very disappointed with target! I spent over $30 should have saved $6!

I was in a line waiting to check out and the lady was checking out a customer and she told me that she was closed and that I would have to use self checkout. I don't use self checkout. This is a business. Too many people are losing their jobs due to self checkout and I don't get paid to ring up my purchases. If I wasn't in need of the things that I had to purchase, I would have dropped the items and walked out. I will not return!

Very large target with plenty of parking, most things were stocked & it was well organized. Couldn't really find an employee when needing assistance but eventually found what I need.

I bought some items as well as a 50 gift card tonight. I used the self checkout and "Devin" was working. I asked for some help from Devon to get a gift receipt or a separate receipt to mail with the gift card. Devon said "No, I cannot do that" I explained that it happened out of state that the gift card did not work and a receipt was asked. Devon said 3 times "No , it's in the card" I asked to take it off of my bill. He did and as I walked out , Devin was shaking his head and laughing at me. What poor customer service and discriminating since I am handicapped. Very poor representation of Target

they kicked us out because we were teens with no parents. the new manager called us names etc. do not recommend.

Didn't care for this location. Our cashier didn't even greet us & barely made eye contact, but my husband noticed that she greeted non African American customers that were behind us just fine. We will never give our money to this location again. No excuse for that kind of treatment.

What is there to not love about target?! The semi-recent remodel of the beauty section is nice. Sometimes it's a bit difficult to find items...I can't seem to figure out how they've organized their products on the shelves/aisles but if you can find an employee, they're all pretty helpful. My favorite part of target though is the drive up service. I campy believe that I just recently started doing this and IT IS A GAME CHANGER. Key tip: download the app, make your purchase, select drive up for pick up method. Orders usually take about an hour (2 max) to be ready and They are so quick to bring it out to the car. Can't remember the last time I stepped foot inside. Keep up the great work Target!

Ever since toysRus closed this has been our number 1 store to go to. Toys, clothes, baby essentials, the works. It's super easy to return items if needed, the employees have always been friendly and happy to help, we love target.

I needed to return a stroller I brought 3 months ago that the wheel on it stop working on me! I have four kids and had no choice but to buy another and I couldn't believe the customer service Ms maritiza ! She is so sweet and I could only thank her enough for taking it back ! I really couldn't believe it was worth a try she is amazing I couldn't have thanked her enough Thank you so much for helping me out today it's very much appreciated to get the money back !!!

Loved one worked here for almost two years and what an awful experience. She was repeatedly verbally abused, complaints were gone unheard, and teamwork was non existent. No one is truly in charge there, it is just managers who have to have a college degree to co-co-co-co (not a typo) manage there. Do not understand how such a mismanaged store can be in the center of such a wealthy, respected area.

One of the worst Targets in the Jacksonville area. Unable to maintain adequate inventory of their grocery section and continually have expired dairy items in coolers. Cheese expired by a month. Overall, their grocery selection and quantities are not well maintained compared to other Targets. Pan handlers, beggers, scammers abound and bother people in parking lots and during special events half the parking lot is taken up with people who park their cars, car pool and call Uber. TPC is a nightmare. Manager aware of problems but I guess it makes more sense for customers to drive 10 minutes to the Super Target rather than hire security and stop people from parking in their spots. The Super target has a better handle on inventory and turnover of product. Ive never seen expired products in their coolers. Beach goers utilze parking spots at Target because of inadequate beach parking elsewhere. Lets just say in summary, the lacadasical management is real evident here.

Dear Target, Please, oh please, stop trying to make the self-checkout thing happen. That kind of stuff only works well when you buy a couple or things and let's face it... WHO only buys a few things from Target? I walk in expecting to spend $30 and end up spending $300 in a matter of minutes. Plus you're not Walmart! That's why we love you. No one wants to spend their afternoon trying to punch in produce codes. I don't know what the code is for bananas! And I don't know which one of the 3 UPC codes I'm supposed to scan on the diapers. And God forbid I don't move the item off fast enough and it scans twice! Then I have to flag down someone while the other people waiting give me mean looks. Help a sister out and start staffing a little more so the NORMAL checkout lines aren't backed up. Sincerely, your devoted customer
