Caleb and his team moved my Beachhouse on Neptune Beach to St John’s. They were on time, professional and did it for the agreed price. They also moved my hot tub and movers did a great job being careful and setting up at my new house l. I would highly recommend them, this is my 2nd move with them 5 stars!

They were extremely rough with my boxes and furniture and most of my wood pieces arrived scratched and damaged. They were fast I’ll give them that, but that’s because they were slamming everything around. Still unpacking and terrified to open some of these boxes.

1st Choice Movers truly lived up to their name—they were our first choice, and they’ll be our only choice moving forward! From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. The team showed up exactly on time, with all the necessary equipment and supplies, and immediately got to work with an impressive level of coordination and efficiency. They wrapped all fragile items with precision, secured heavy furniture with ease, and made sure nothing was scratched, dented, or misplaced. The move was completed faster than we expected, and not a single item was damaged.

1st Choice Movers provided the most exceptional moving experience we’ve ever had. From the initial phone call to the final box being placed in our new home, their professionalism and care were evident every step of the way. The crew was punctual, well-prepared, and treated our belongings as if they were their own. Every piece of furniture was carefully wrapped and secured, and they even disassembled and reassembled larger items without us having to ask. Their teamwork and communication were flawless, making the entire process smooth and organized.
What really impressed us was how thoughtful and accommodating they were. They worked around our schedule, answered all our questions patiently, and checked in with us throughout the day to make sure we were satisfied with how things were going. Even in the Florida heat, their energy never faltered and their positive attitude never wavered. 1st choice movers I appreciate what they did for me cause the move was not good at all but when I contacted them & told them the problem they was very helpful to me! I would use them again! They even reimbursed me with some of my funds back! I was well appreciative for it all!

These guys work really hard! They show up on time, and are super human! Kind, respectful and caring! We have had them move us twice now, and we will work with them again very soon. Dre, Shawn and Vincent moved us today and they are awesome!

My experience was horrible. The movers didn’t wrap my furniture. One mover didn’t have a sense of urgency and asked for a tip in the middle of his shift as if the job was completed. I will not be using this company in the future.

From the 1st phone call to get an estimate to the point the awesome guys were driving away, we had beyond excellent service. Daniel, our estimator and all around “go to person” could not have been better. He made sure we had everything to make our move go smoothly and it did!! He also made it so less stressful!!!
On moving day, Ali, Daniel ( different man) and Darius showed up and we could not have been more pleased. They were extremely polite and respectful with not only us but our possessions!! These guys knew what they were doing. Then the very next day everything was delivered as scheduled with Ali and Daniel. They placed things as much as possible exactly where they needed to be with such care. It all was unwrapped and put back together, i.e., beds.
These fellas worked hard!! Best yet, 1st Choice Movers price was very reasonable and beat out competition!! My husband and I highly recommend 1st Choice Movers to anyone that is planning on a move!! Awesome company!!!!

Happy that the movers got there on time but that's about it. Was quoted for $345 but ended up paying over $950. The movers had one speed. SLOW!! No efficiency what so ever. To have to pay that much after being quoted for $500 less is outrageous. They had 2 movers one younger guy and one older guy. No offense to the older guy but this job too entirely too long. Even they boss Caleb called looking for them cause they had another job they were behind on. Truthfully I feel Like I was Ripped off and scammed. I was Going to recommend them to my cousin who moves next week but that def won't happen. Do not use them unless you have hours to waste and a lot of money to blow.
