I am so disappointed in 7-Eleven. I go to this store at least twice a week the majority of the time and buy a pizza once every week. Today, I went there to get gas and ofcourse my weekly pizza. I went to the store to buy the gas and get my pizza. I paid for my pizza and then left the store to pump my gas. The gas tank was broken. Therefore, I could only pump $2 worth of gas. So, I went to the store to notify the clerk that the pump was broken and to get my pizza. I had to move my car to another pump to get gas, and then my little girl said she had to use the bathroom. I say I'll come back and pump. I drive off with my pizza on top of the car, and of course, it falls. I come back and explain what happens, and the employees know I am a regular customer, and they refuse to remake my pizza or contact a manager for me to explain the situation to.

Not the best 7-11 in Florida the floors are nasty the drinks are not that good and the employees don't care about anything that is going on around them

This is the worst 7-11 in Florida. The owner or manager of the place is very rude and ordinary. Besides, there was no coffee and the little that was left was cold and there was no milk either. The worst thing is that I was going to call the police, but I'm working and I'm late with my work, so I didn't call them, but he deserved it.

12/17/24 I came to the store today to acquire my favorite soda Mountain Dew Pitch Black and they had it in the Fountain Machine ready to go :)! i was super excited and filled up all 10+ empty dew bottles with my Favorite soda! Store was cleaned, the guy that was working was pretty cool and enjoyed my business. I am suggest everyone come visit this location!!! Rating: 1000000000000000 Star Rating!!!!

Let me guess you're going to reply with your local 7-Eleven always strives to... Most disgusting bathrooms I've ever been in ,see pictures! Smell like pure urine. The store isn't that old this bathroom looks like it has never been clean! And they serve food in this place? The health department needs to come here!

I went to this store today to put air in my tire and the machine took my money. I went inside and told the cashier on duty and she told me they not responsible. I asked who was and she said she don’t know. When I asked should I call the number on the machine she said yes. I called the number on the machine and they said they don’t issue refund only service. I went back inside and told the the cashier but she refused to help me. She caught an attitude and proceeded to help the people in the store when i was there first . I asked Sandy to help and he refused . They both were rude about 2.50 worth of air in my tire.

You can tell the difference between a corporate location and a franchise just by walking in the door. You would think the owner would take enough pride in their store not to need 'big brother' looking over their shoulder. No such luck.

Coffee machines consistently are out of order of 85% of options and an employee taunted me loudly and proudly over my wearing an opposing college team's gear. And I was just existing. This station is unprofessional and unkept.
