  I am a regular customer at 711 on Wilson Blvd. I always have a great experience when I visit the store. Alexander is very helpful and has excellent customer service skills.

  whenever i need to add money to the 7 eleven wallet there’s always a problem or an excuse to do it. if you don’t want to give your customers the extra amount off don’t offer the wallet!!!

  This is how you lose customers. I told the cashier that the hot chocolate is watery . She tells me it is not my problem . Yes it is because if I would of purchased this item and left with it and been upset on my way to work.
  I tell her these cups cost the store money and to please put a sign up out of order and she said it's not your problem 🤷🏽‍♀️ so how many customers will they do that to. I tossed the cup in the trash and went to gate gas station and bought my hot chocolate and other things that added up to 20 dollars. See how quick the store lost
  Buisness. The cashier was a loud women , who puffed up in front of 6 customers
  I wont be returning and taking my money elsewhere . It's way to early in the morning for attitudes like hers and who wants to be late for work going to another store because one simple sign would let you know it's out of order . 11/21/2024

  No clue that they have going on up there but they're all wrong. I swear I bought the boneless chicken and it looked/smelled rotten. I wouldn't recommend going. Place was dirty and riddled with bugs. The bathroom was locked off all hours of the day.

  The two lady staff are rude, especially the old one. First they said they're not doing the chicken rollers for me, Then they said they don't have the food. Last. They told me to go to Wawa.

  Watch your food prices carefully here. They tried to charge $9+ for 2 tiny breakfast croissants. They are too lazy to restock the roller items. Dysfunctional rewards system means you have to pay for gas separately at pump for rewards even if you purchase in store. Its common to see hand written signs up on the door because there is always something not working here... I'm done for good w/ this location.

  No restrooms open as usual, I would understand not to general public, but they should have key access for paying customers at the bare minimum. Going to wawa.
