I purchased labeled peanut butter cookies but what I got was chocolate chip cookies in stead. When I went back to get the proper cookies all the peanut butter labeled was chocolate chip. When I asked about it I was told that the assistant manager Marry packaged them.

Either take cashapp off the map or train your employees to turn their brain on because I highly doubt they weren’t capable of completing the task

My bank notified me that the 7-11 on Kernan Blvd has fraudulently taken my bank information at the gas pumps and possibly inside the store. They told me to NEVER use a debit card and prepay for my gas INSIDE the store. This week alone someone has charged over $700 on my bank account from different states. They gave me 3 people’s first names and phone numbers ( last four digits ) and have notified the police. My bank has notified the police ans well and think it’s an inside job, although this happens at a lot of 7-11’s. I will NEVER shop at 7-11 again which is sad for me bc of the convenience of the location. I can’t imagine ever trying to steal or take advantage of someone in this way. SHAME ON YOU !!!

Employees seem more interested in joking around one guy that works here is definitely not appropriate most of the time
Definitely do not appreciate the fact that there were three employees standing outside the front door smoking

A decent selection of food and the place is maintained well. Sometimes the food is overcooked, but overall the place is nice.

Two packs of cigarettes and a Red Bull for $25. The same two packs of cigarettes and Red Bull right down the road at circle K is $19 and change. More than five dollars more for the exact same thing less than a quarter mile away.
I won’t be back.

I was greeted when entered by Terri. She was nice. Closer look at things, and the store is disgusting. The drink fountain has gunk and stains in and around ice and dispense parts. So, no telling how the inside of this machine looks. Obviously hasn't been cleaned and neglected.

Was trying to load $50 onto cash app to send to my little brother at this store that I’ve used before to put money on cash app. (Probably 4-5 times)
The skinny short brunette said no we don’t do that here and I showed her the bar code that you scan to load the money and she got really mad and starting raising her voice and being a “Karen”frankly there’s the photo showing that you can indeed load money onto cash app. ?♂️
