The tracking showed it as delivered, but I hadn’t received it. I left a negative review, thinking I wouldn’t get my product or my money back. I was hoping it would be clearer because letters are so small. I figured since it allowed for so many characters, it would be clear like in sample. It can be read, but it is tiny. It fit a rubric, I shall see how it works out.

I ordered (2) of these for my siblings for Christmas and was anxious to see the finished results. You guys did an absolutely FABULOUS job- so much so, that it brought tears to my eyes to see my father's handwriting immortalized in this fashion. I was so impressed that I will now be ordering one for myself and telling everyone about your company. Last weekend I was looking for a custom logo stamp that could be used on the bags that we deliver our cookies in. I contacted 904 Custom because I had a couple of questions and they were so helpful. I immediately placed my order. Not only was the customer service amazing, but the shipping and delivery was so fast! I am already using this stamp on orders and I love it so much! I am a customer for life!

I placed two orders with them. The 1st order was so so. The second order is horrible.On the second order, I had to email them to inquire where my order was, they put it on hold. I did not receive a response from my email so I did the live chat. I received my order within days. The items have a line down one side. I emailed them and still have not received a response. As of yet, the live chat doesn't work and you cannot call them. I am put my almost $200 because they cannot return any emails. This is the worst customer service10/13/2023I was contacted by Brian. Do not waste your money!! Stamp isn't right and leaves lines! They won't replace or refund item so don't bother!! They don't even respond to emails!
