Worst experience. Called for a quote. It's a third party phone operator service. They ask for a bunch of info then gave me a $200 quote for a 2 mile tow. She proceeded to request payment up front before the service was rendered. She refused to give me the number to dispatch or the driver. I hung up. Sounds like a scam.

Phone operator was absolutely insufferable, couldnt speak clearly or communicate, and wanted to build a whole profile for me when all i needed was a quote for the tow. Ended up hanging up because they were incapable of speaking clearly or communicating like a human.

I was stranded on the freeway with a blown out tire. Called A & A Towing Inc and Daniel came quick, within about 20 minutes. He was super friendly and understanding. It took only a few time for him to solve my problem. I would highly recommend!
