“This is THE BEST towing company. After a HORRIBLE day of sitting on the side of the road dealing with my insurance company sending multiple towing companies to assist me from 830am to 500pm to no avail, and a meltdown, I decided to call Allen's Towing and pay out of pocket. The dispatcher Brandy was the kindest and most understanding, she listened to the situation and assured me they would be able to help me. While waiting for the driver to arrive, she kept me informed of his location and when to expect him. The driver called me when he was close. When he arrived- Nate was very professional and friendly. He immediately got to moving my car onto his flatbed truck and handled it without a problem. (3 other companies said this could not be done and left me earlier in the day after waiting hours for each one.) I paid out of pocket and they charged me a VERY reasonable rate especially being it was about 50 miles and after-hours. I will never call another towing company if I ever need one again. Allen's Towing will be my first call.”

“Seriously, the BEST mechanics I've ever taken my semi-truck to. STEVE is the man!!!Best part.. The labor is only $110 an hour, and VERY FAST TURN OUT. I was quoted an estimate. After carefully diagnosing my truck, i was sent an estimate via text to sign and authorize work, which was $20 close to the original estimate. They had me back on the road in days, and it was a major job. After I picked up my truck, test drove it, I immediately sent other owner operators. I work with the name, address, and phone number for this shop. I'm never going anywhere else for repairs if I'm in Jacksonville.”

“After going to CMC, dropping my steel, going back over the scale and pulling into area to take the non ferrous metals, I was welcomed with cones blocking my path. I explained that I was there before close. I had dropped my steel and just had a few buckets already separated to turn in. They wouldn’t allow me to do so. It was 4:02 and again I was already given entry to take the steel. I got my weight slip and money for the steel and looked up who was still open which led me to Abanti. The atmosphere was completely different. Everyone was pleasant and helpful even though I came in right before close. They educated me on some of my metal so I didn’t lose substantial money and took the metal that was 100% clean. They showed me how to check my copper and brass and advised me to separate it and come back so I don’t lose substantially. I will never return to CMC and Abanti has become my new yard.”
