“I called Down South Power on July 8, I spoke with Stephen explained what was taking place with my Corvette. I received an appointment for July 13 at 8am. My Corvette is a C4 approaching 32 years old. Ive owned the Vette for 10 years. The vehicle developed a misfire. This vehicle has been spoiled with fluids exchanges prior to the manufacturer recommendation, except for the plugs. I received a call asking when the plugs were changed,I never have and checking the Carfax it appears that they were 31 years old with 124k miles. I told the shop as maintenance the plugs and wires should be changed. I received a call that the vehicle was still with a misfire. Another call and it was determined the Optispark was the culprit. With an estimate, a detailed explanation why that was a spot on 100% correct diagnosis including the misfire was random ruling out a plethora of possibilities they went to work. I received another call with recommendations, exchange water pump, thermostat, gaskets near Optispark, a coolant hose. This is no small job. Vehicle dropped off Monday, Thursday at 10am I was driving the Vette. It is operating as the day it drove off the lot almost 32 years old. The vehicle was in doors the entire time not getting beat by the dangerous heat. The tech Pavlo was exceptional at his craft every step of the way. Diagnosed spot on and changing the water pump, plug wires, thermostat while torn down ensures I won't deal with those issues in this lifetime. No parts thrown at the vehicle with guessing
This facility was seamless, transparent, provided detailed information the entire process. As a Customer you are not an interruption of their day you are the purpose and meaning. I am confident moving forward for my 31 year old Vette and my 16 year old daily driver ive found a home.

“We had a difficult job. He took it and continued even though it didn’t go easily. We needed to pick the vehicle up and load it onto the deck of a flatbed semi trailer for transport. “Excellence all around. HONEST & knowledgeable mechanics they'll literally go out of their way to ensure your satisfaction. Fixed most of my problems the first time but the dreaded check engine light popped back up. Brought the car back in and they kept the car till everything was 100%....with no extra fees ontop of the first visit...even after sealing & repairing broken air flow pipes and ordering new censors and the likes. “Troy was extremely helpful. Part of my brothers car was outside the garage because it was lifted doing an oil change and for some reason the car stopped working, wouldn’t turn on, or go on neutral which meant the wheels wouldn’t turn so we couldn’t even push the car inside. After hours of trying to fix it I looked up Troy and gave a call. He was able to FaceTime me and stayed on the phone for about 30 minutes helping my brother and offering advice on what to try. He lastly said to charge the battery and after an hour of charging it finally worked. We were so grateful that he took time out of his late night to help two strangers. Would never forget thank you.”

“Seriously, the BEST mechanics I've ever taken my semi-truck to. STEVE is the man!!!Best part.. The labor is only $110 an hour, and VERY FAST TURN OUT. I was quoted an estimate. After carefully diagnosing my truck, i was sent an estimate via text to sign and authorize work, which was $20 close to the original estimate. They had me back on the road in days, and it was a major job. After I picked up my truck, test drove it, I immediately sent other owner operators. I work with the name, address, and phone number for this shop. I'm never going anywhere else for repairs if I'm in Jacksonville.”
“Two cars, two accidents, four months apart, and Alberto's team made both of them look brand new.
My son's car got backed into about four months after he bought it, so we brought it here for the repair. Easy to work with from the start, priced very reasonably, and they had it done without dragging things out the way collision work sometimes can. It didn't feel rushed, but it didn't feel slow either, which is a hard balance to hit with body work.
Then my daughter hit something on a dark, rainy highway on her way to work, driving my wife's car, and tore a chunk out of the lower bumper along with the driving light embedded in it. That meant a full bumper section replacement. Alberto gave us another very reasonable quote and had the car back to us in under a week. Fantastic work. You genuinely cannot tell either car was ever damaged.
I'll always bring collision work to Alberto going forward, though I'm hoping I don't need to see him again for that particular reason. He does general mechanic work too, and based on how his body shop handles things, honest pricing, quality work, no runaround, I'm planning to give him a shot on that side of things as well.”

“I called and was greeted on the phone by Michelle. She was very accommodating she let me know the time when I can meet the driver to pick up my vehicle. I had something come up and I had to call back but she was very polite. We rescheduled for the next day and we met up with the driver Dutch at my job where my vehicle is located. He was a pleasure and chip of joy that we needed out of this horrible situation from having to have the car towed. He was very personable, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable.
