These employees NEED to be trained and soon. My payment was processed wrong and I was supposed to receive a call from the manager and GM all last week. The employees do not tell the truth and they are incompetent. The girl today was telling me I didn’t understand my payments because semi monthly and bi weekly payments are the same but my payments had updated. I have a masters degree in finance. Ma’am, these are two different payment terms and different payment amounts. I signed a contract, any payment charged outside of that is fraud. I didn’t authorize it. They are simply too ignorant to realize this. I can’t do business with a company that processes payments daily and is this bad at it.
This washer and dryer is a set to last until the renovation is complete on my condo.

i have been an Aarons customer for more than 12 years.we recently moved to Callahan and i started a lease with the Lem Turner store....i was promised a delivery between 1"30 and 5pm.....at 4:30 i called store and was informed that delivery would arrive before 6pm....at 6:50 i tried to call the store and no one answered....at 8:15pm i still have not received my order....the worst part is that i was not given the courtesy of a phone call to tell me the delivery was late or delayed...i am extremely unimpressed with their customer service...and will re-think if i want to remain a customer
i must in all fairness update my review,,,,this morning i contacted the store manager, she was unaware of the missed delivery. and promised to make ours first ,a delivery was made at 10:45am today,,,,my wife is very happy with the items...but the driver informed me that they were out of the needed cord for the dryer....i had to go to ACE hardware and purchase one $29.95,,,fortunately i am a retired electrician, so installing was no problem....wife is happy and i am waiting to hear from manager about the cord....

Tonya at Aaron’s on Lem Turner is very soft spoken and made me feel welcomed into the store. She was very professional and polite. She answered every question with patience.
