We scheduled for a 28’ trailer to be delivered to our home through UPack. ABF Freight brought the trailer to our home and picked it back up the same day after we loaded it. I have to give a big shout out to this company and especially the truck driver Jim! Everyone was very friendly, courteous and helpful! The trailer arrived just as promised and on time and pick up was just as smooth. Jim was an exceptional truck driver! We live in a gated community and we get a considerable amount of damages from inexperienced truck drivers. Jim did a fantastic job! I will not hesitate to use this company again and I will definitely recommend them to others! Thanks to all at ABF Freight!

I want to give a special shout out and thank you to Lori (Lorri?Laurie?) at ABF Freight in Jacksonville - she was so patient, kind and helpful in getting our shipment delivered! We had a delivery that was separated at the port (not ABF Freight's fault) and she did everything in her power to track down our other two crates and get all three of them delivered to us timely and intact. She also communicated with the shipper's agent (in China) and was kind and understanding regarding the language barrier as well as the time difference. I'm sure this was not the easiest delivery they have ever handled, but I am super impressed with Lori and the ABF team! Everyone that answered the phone was kind and polite, and I am beyond thankful that we finally have our goods. Thank you so much Lori and ABF!! :)

Driver lied and said he rang doorbell. He never did, I have 5 dogs in the house that would have barked. The truck had to drive to the end of the block to turn around and I saw him pass my house as he drove by, so I ran out the door and stopped him and ask him if he just made a delivery to my house. He said, yes, he left it in front of the garage. I told him he never rang the doorbell and he said, yes, he did, which was a lie. Then I told him I need to inspect the item and sign for it. And he said, well, you weren't home. So I electronically signed it, again, half true, and he cannot sign for my inspection because I i was home and did not inspected it. I asked him to wait for a minute because there was nobody behind him and there would not have been, and I ran two doors down to my garage, to inspect the unit and of course he left and did not wait. Thankfully, there was nothing wrong with the unit I ordered. When I called ABF to tell them I wanted the truck driver to wait because I need to inspect my item as there was a giant sticker on it to inspect it as well as me being told to inspect it by the company I purchased the item from. Ralph, told me they were not responsible for it and they could not do that. This is an unethical work habit. Just a heads up, make sure you're home at the time of delivery. Sit outside on a front porch and wait for the truck to get there. And if you're lucky enough to have a second person, make sure that person stands in front of the truck so that the truck cannot leave, so that you can inspect your item.That is one way to hold them accountable. I also suggest taking a video while inspecting your item. Worst customer service delivery ever!

On April 28th a driver for ABF Freight was making a delivery on my street in Jacksonville, Florida and the ABF Freight truck snagged the utility lines (phone and cable) attached to my house. The utility lines were ripped off the side of my house, damaging the roof and siding of my home as well as my car. Their insurance company (Schifrin, Gagnon & Dickey, Inc. … SGD, Inc.) says ArcBest Corp (the company that owns ABF Freight) is not at fault and will not pay for the damages. The fact is their truck snagged the utility lines that have been attached to my home for more than 22 years and, as a result, caused approximately $5,000 damage to my home and car. Instead of doing the right thing and covering the repairs to my home, I now have to use my personal savings to cover the repairs. Shame on ArcBest Corp and SGD, Inc. for doing the wrong thing and not making things right!

DO NOT USE ABF FREIGHT! We paid $8,000 to have our home moved from CO to FL. They ruined $29,000 worth of our property and only offered us a price per pound reimbursement not compensation for the actual value of our belongings they admitted to ruining. This is NOT a moving company this is a freight company. We have had to file a lawsuit because we STILL haven't been compensated for our damaged belongings. We packed our items in bubble wrap and secured them with tie downs. They drove so recklessly the straps were broken and everything was tossed all over the place. PODS and Zippy Shell are WAY better options they actually compensate you for the actual value of your property up to $10,000.

Wouldn’t use them to move my Dog’s bed. Terrible experience from the start.
I was told our delivery would be in the afternoon and would need to be signed for. I moved my work schedule to be at my house in the afternoon. Also told we would receive a call and text 1 hour before delivery.
I received a text but no phone call at 10:10 am and delivery was made at 10:32 am without anyone home. Delivery guy just left the pallet right in the middle of our driveway and away without signature.
I called and spoke with Ashley that afternoon, she told me don’t worry the supervisor and dispatch clown Ralph could help. He offered no help whatsoever. All we requested was for his driver to come back later in the day or the following business day and move the pallet but Ralph S. Mouse refused to take responsibility for their error and offered no solution. He even hung up the phone twice without regard or respect.
Not someone I would do business with or consider even slightly reliable. Maybe it was the time of the month for Ralph

My boyfriend order a dinning room table that I have been wanting. He got it as a surprise for me so I didn’t know it was getting delivered. It got delivered today when I was at work and my bf asked the driver if he can help him at least get it to the front door not INSIDER THE HOUSE just near the front door. Driver told him no and left it at the end of our driveway instead (it has been raining all day, so table is now damaged) I understand the package is heavy but when I called dispatch to see if they can help out in some where they told me “you have to figure it out your the one who bought it” mean while the delivery guy is only willing to help my BF move the table to the front door if we cash app him $150. absolutely not! I wouldn’t be complaining if I wasn’t pregnant but now my bf have to go figure out how to get this table to the front door alone because people are rude and only want to scam people for money. VERY DISAPPOINTED on how this company acted and talked to us.

We started in Emporia Ks. The driver showed up and dropped the truck and showed me everything I needed to know. He was great.Now in Florida. It arrived on time and the driver Jessie T was amazing. I would recommend U Pack / ABF to anyone wanting to move. Every time I called everyone was so helpful and made the move easy. Thank You.
