My boyfriend order a dinning room table that I have been wanting. He got it as a surprise for me so I didn’t know it was getting delivered. It got delivered today when I was at work and my bf asked the driver if he can help him at least get it to the front door not INSIDER THE HOUSE just near the front door. Driver told him no and left it at the end of our driveway instead (it has been raining all day, so table is now damaged) I understand the package is heavy but when I called dispatch to see if they can help out in some where they told me “you have to figure it out your the one who bought it” mean while the delivery guy is only willing to help my BF move the table to the front door if we cash app him $150. absolutely not! I wouldn’t be complaining if I wasn’t pregnant but now my bf have to go figure out how to get this table to the front door alone because people are rude and only want to scam people for money. VERY DISAPPOINTED on how this company acted and talked to us.

We started in Emporia Ks. The driver showed up and dropped the truck and showed me everything I needed to know. He was great.Now in Florida. It arrived on time and the driver Jessie T was amazing. I would recommend U Pack / ABF to anyone wanting to move. Every time I called everyone was so helpful and made the move easy. Thank You.

Absolute nightmare, everything valuable and original boxes were stolen out of the truckby the time we realize itWe called to make a claim they sent us a form that was blankEven if we put in a claim in the most we get out of it would be $400Missing items:, heat press, generator, laptop, computer, iPad , 70 inc TV, drill, lawnmower, bike, boneChina ,GE washer, and dryer A small safe with valuable itemseverything I worked for !They roped us, the workers are thieves.The day that they deliver the truck from Jacksonville to North Carolina Everything was collapse inside the truck. We had the biggest mess inside the truck.It looked like they went off-road.While we were trying to save a Little, we lost a lot with this company

We used ABF Freight for our move this time after having an absolute nightmare experience with Safebound (don’t EVER use them!). This was so much easier and saved us so much money! ABF U-pack dropped off the shipping trailers, we hired a local moving company to load them, ABF dropped them off at our destination, we hired another local moving company for unload, and then ABF picked up the empty trailers. They are professional, personable, communication is good, and their rates are great with no hidden fees. You know just how much it’s going to be. I wish we knew of them last time we moved. I highly recommend this company.
