Best customer service I've ever had. Which is why I always return. Russell Butts takes time to call u when ur payment is due to avoid cancellation , very timely efficient. Will not go anywhere else for inurance. He takes time to make it affordable where some places just give a quote and done. NOT HERE. Come here 1time u wont go anywhere else. I came to the Dunn Avenue location with an incredibly complex and time sensitive issue. Mr. Russell was excellent and professional from start to finish. Out of all the years I’ve had car insurance acceptance insurance has been by far the best company. Doesn’t matter who answers the phone everyone in the office is so welcoming, kind and excited to help anyone who walks through their door with a smile on their face and ntm they greet you as if your walking into grandmas house which I love and I still get the same greet and happy energy even through the phone EVERYTIME. They break down any questions and explain everything you need to know. They even send reminders and or a courtesy calls which I love bc as a busy mom of 5 they always remind me and keep in touch which I love they actually care about their customers and not just money .Mrs.Christina and Mr. Russel sure know how to run a company and are very good at what they do. If I could give 10+ ⭐️?I would ☺️Go check them out signed a happy longtime customer ?
