My mother hasn’t lived in the state of Florida in over a year. My sister got my mothers Medicare statement where she lives now and this company billed Medicare for covid tests which she didn’t order nor receive. Total fraud.

Received two shipments of COVD tests through mail I did not order. Small store front shipping tests across the nation not ordered and billing Medicare? How did they get my info? Clearly fraudulent activities. Reported fraud to CMS Medicare.

They keep mailing my elderly parents genetic tests and Covid tests that were not requested. I assume it is some kind of scam.

Ace Biomedical Labs provided excellent patient customer service during my recent visit. I never ordered anything received a package in the mail called the company lady could not help me said they Bill Medicare and I never ever talk to this company before very suspicious don’t know how they got my name I called file complaint with Medicare, FTC, and for protection

Got my result by 5pm the same day of testing for travel pcr test. The receptionist was awesome, so was the doctor. Best clinic to get tested.

What a scam. 2 of the 3 employees were not wearing masks
PCR tests take a week to process and they want $90 for a rapid test.

I used this place for a trip, and had to get a covid test. She was probably one of the most gentle people I have ever had to use. I will say I got my test when it opened at 9:00 am, and she said you should hear from them, in email for the results by 4:30, and they close at 5. I started getting a little nervous, when it was later then what she said. It was still before 5. I had a flight leaving out at 5 am, so if there was any issues, I wouldn't have been able to get it fixed and would have been out that money. But all was good, and she was professional and very gentle. With a negative test to fly!

We used this company before and we are using them tomorrow. They are the best. Don't let anyone fool. They keep their promises. Yes I will always use their services. Also all my friends and family have conducted business with and I have not heard any complaint.
