We always purchase our feed here for our chickens, ducks, and regular wild backyard birds. We also always come here first for everything we need for our garden as they have a wide variety of plants, seeds, and soil/fertilizer. Gavin (who works in the back) as well as all of the other team members are always eager to help and answer any questions we have.

I bought the stihl combi system and was dealing with the crew ( Brandon, Andrew, Dustin). They were very educated in steering me in the right direction . I decided on battery powered system. Was not disappointed. I love that Hagenace hardware of mandarin, on San Jose Blvd. They all care in customer service.

I always love going to Hagan Ace Hardware. I look so forward to buying the absolutely gorgeous Avera Talavera garden pots. I also just love that they send me very nice coupons every month. One of the fun things about going to Hagan Ace is that they always have hot fresh movie style popcorn. I also very much enjoy going to their special holiday barbecue food tasting events. The staff is always helpful and the place is always very clean and they have a huge amount products from which to choose. This is truly the best hardware store.

Less of a Hardware store and more of a gift shop, clothing store and water sports. If you need anything for "hardware" save yourself the trouble and go to Lowes or Home Depot.

After months of trying to get the chemicals right, the green in our pool kept coming back. Patty to the rescue! She is amazing with pool chemicals and what to do to get things sparkling! Even over the WEEKEND, Patty had us send pictures of the progress with the prescription she gave us. After following her instructions our pool is finally coming back to clear blue instead of green - can't thank you enough Patty! You truly go above and beyond for your customers and we really appreciate such willingness to help, even "off the clock"!!

I am still grasping the idea that not every "Ace" is the same. Stores tend to have different items in stock that others. If you have an item to return, it needs to be part of that "Family" of Ace. No complaints, still figuring it out. The staff we nice enough to explain it to me, as I was confused. "Isnt every Ace, an Ace?" Now I know.
