Had a great experience with Advanced Glass. Called around Jax, talked to multiple window repair companies, and they were the only ones that could come out the next day. They got the job done quick, did quality work, and provided amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

Good experience. Had a cracked windshield. They quoted me a price, and scheduled me an appointment. Day of the appointment they got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. They also have a nice waiting lounge with good coffee.

I had a windshield replaced here, and they did not seal it correctly, and I received water damage in my car. My insurance has been trying to get payment from them over the past seven months for the additional work resulting from the water damage in my vehicle. They have been a no-show to phone calls and have yet to do the things they told the client they would do. So run fast and don't let this company touch your vehicles. They are not responsible and lack integrity, and clearly don't pay attention to details.

Had my windshield replaced by the team at Advanced Glass as part of an insurance claim. They were able obtain the windshield replacement the next day and were very accommodating with their scheduling, despite me having to reschedule at short notice. Overall, I'd say it took 3 hours to complete the replacement, which included them reprogramming the safety cameras in my car. The staff were very welcoming, professional, and the office had a nice fragrance. Highly recommend these guys if you need glass replaced! Thanks again. :)

Got a small crack in my bmw windshield. Insurance co. said I can take the car anywhere. I chose Advanced Glass because it was close. They said the glass would still have the rain sensor in it and now it does not. They admitted they used the wrong glass but refuse to make it right.

Called regarding windshield replacement for 2012 Jeep Wrangler. They walked me through the insurance process for free windshield replacement thru my insurance company. Within 24 hours, a new OEM MOPAR Jeep windshield was installed with the Jeep Grill across top, and the Jeep climbing a mountain in the corner. When I arrived at their shop, I was in/out with the new windshield in under an hour. Great job guys!

As I was crossing the Buckman bridge this morning into Mandarin, I hear a "CRACK!" and look down to see that yep...my windshield saved me...taking the rock to protect my body.Big star and a LONG crack forming, so I knew it had to be addressed right away!Went straight to Advanced Glass and was greeted and assisted right away, from checking with my insurance company to getting the glass delivered!Repaired quickly and I was back on the road! Cool blue tape on the top of the windshield. (I should have had some more added so I could pretend it was racing stripes!)They were awesome and came through professionally and were easy to work with!Yes, I rated them highly because my experience with them was just that good!
