I give them no stars. They're the most incompetent company I have had to deal with ever. When I called I got 6 different people who all told me something different. They send bill after bill with different amounts due, no explanation what they're for, won't send a statement for me to look at, and this last time I was finally told I owed ***** and then got a bill for ******. They're incompetent and probably corrupt. I'm not dealing with them anymore and my MD's office who got me stuck with them is going to be contacted about this company, and where else I can get my CPAP supplies. I wrote out a review on one of their sites, and then it wouldn't let me submit it. As far as I'm concerned they set it up that way. They already had many negative reviews on the site. Reading them alot of people are having problems with them. They should have a F rating and if you do look into them I'm sure that's the rating you would give them.

I live in Atlanta and I had a travel concentrator delivered this time for a family visit in Jacksonville. The initial phone call, scheduling, delivery, pickup, and technician Steven Konopka were all stellar. Every time I travel, whether to Austin, TX, St. Louis, MO, or Jacksonville, FL, I have the same excellent service, so it's one less thing to worry about for any trip. Local service or if Marietta, GA, is also excellent. Thank you!

The Dr sent the oxygen request to this place so I did not have any choice but to use them. First it took 3 days to get the oxygen equipment delivered. The order was written ASAP, with my oxygen level dropping drastically. When they finally delivered, there was no phone call prior to arrival and the guy brought it in and left.. Didn’t go over any instructions or even leave written directions. The portable machine I had not had before so it was a matter of figuring everything out on my own.. Extremely poor place. If a Dr ever sends another request to them I’ll def make sure it’s changed to someone more efficient..

If you have an appt with aerocare it is actually likely fletchers medical you need to go to. There is no aero care building here and they do not answer their phones.

I deal with st augustine(matrix/aero-care) been with them for 2 1/2 yrs. They were a nightmare, but the last 8 months they have been great . they'll go the extra mile for you. Ed (their service guy) is great.

No person answers the phone an I am saying ever!!!!.. my husband is a new patient I am very disappointed...wow..cant believe this kind of service can happen wow..mail box full ,an nobody picks the phone up!!! I don't think is right we pay for this kind of poor service??

We were told this was such a great company to do business with so I didn't check into it on my own. They are not a good company and believe me I have looked up comments from others now. Also I have checked and every other company agree, it is s STATE LAW to have an emergency air tank when given a machine from any company that delivers machines in case something happens! And this is regardless if it is for only night time use or 24/7 use. This is not done at this company. They actually refuse to give a emergency air tank. If you need one they will bring it to you. Now you tell me when most emergencies happen, in the middle 9f the night. No one is going to want to get up in the middle a hurricane to bring a tank out. It is the STATE LAW to have an emergency tank, even if it is just one, you have one. And we did have an emergency and when I called there was no answer, this was 4 different calls the same night and nothing.Then we did try to change companies and the new company called to get paperwork from them, they were told we were not their customers anymore, and this was with TWO different companies they told this to. With me have never told them we were leaving them for sure yet. Yet when I called for them to pick up the concentrator they looked us right up and said they were sorry we were leaving them and wanted to know why. I again asked them about the emergency air tank and they said they do not do that it is not a State law and they will bring one when and if we need this.I called them one the 23rdntonhave them pi k up the concentrator they said they would call me back and let me know when they could make an appointment to come and pick it up. I thought that was what I was doing trying to make an appointment for them to come and pick it up on a day I could be here for it. Well they never called me back. I was called today 4 minutes before the guy was going to pick it up. I was glad I was home and able to accommodate them instead of them accommodating me at my time. 4 mins before they were at my door. The guy said they were suppose to call me.I would not recommend this company to anyone. They ate not a proper company to deal with their customers as they should. And I would never have given them a star as it should be minus 10 or more stars. They don't even deserve a rating if you ask me. If you go back and read the comments from everyone there is not one good one I found. If it wasn't for i had to give a rating to get to give my comments. They would never have gotten a star. Has anyone notice they have to give at least one star to comment, even if you dont want to rate them!

They need a minus 10 because these people are playing with peoples lives not responding to emergency calls on the weekends. I had to cal 3 times..my cannula was leaking and no replacement.The person on duty is telling me to soak the cannula in warm water and then plug the crack with Vaseline.He sounded like he was asleep at 11 am..I'm sorry but I need to breathe.My lungs are burning and I'm fighting an anxiety attack.This is unacceptable and I will file a medical negligence complaint with anyone who will listen starting with the Better Business Bureau.I am astonished at the lack of responsibility and care from this company.

Customer service is very poor. Wait time is 15 minutes. Taking months and many hours to straighten out my CPAP supply invoice.

I get oxygen from this company. I have found it very frustrating that when I call I can never get ahold of anyone. If I do speak to someone it is very rare. I have called Lisa More multiple times to get updates and can never get a hold of her.

I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING WITH THESE PEOPLE SINCE 8/16/18. THEY TOOK $182.60 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FOR SUPPLIES I NEVER RECEIVED. I CALLED ON 8/16 & SPOKE 1ST WITH WALTER - EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO HIM & REQUESTED THE MONIES BE PUT BACK IN MY ACCOUNT. THAT GOT ME NOWHERE. CALLED AGAIN ON 8/16 & SPOKE WITH A PAIGE THAT ADVISED I NEEDED TO CALL ANOTHER #. CALLED THAT # & SPOKE WITH LACEY THAT ADVISED SHE WAS CANCELLING THE ORDER WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY & HAVING ACCOUNTING ISSUE A REFUND OF THE $182.60. STILL NOTHING. CALLED ON 9/4 & SPOKE WITH A LYKA THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO "ESCALATE" THE SITUATION & I WAS TO HEAR FROM A MANAGER WITH 24-48HRS. NO CALL EVER CAME. CALLED ON 9/10 & SPOKE WITH A LYNN....AGAIN SAME RESPONSE...."ESCALATION" YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM A MANAGER WITHIN 24-48HRS. AGAIN NO CALL EVER CAME. FINALLY TODAY 10/3 I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SOMEONE I COULDN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND THAT ALSO ADVISED IT WOULD BE MOVED TO ESCALATION. I ADVISED THIS PERSON IT IS BEYOND ESCALATION AT THIS POINT & I NEEDED A CALL FROM A MANAGER. STILL NOTHING. NEXT STEP IS TO REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU & CLAIM FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD. THEY HAVE MY CC# CAUSE I PAY MONTHLY ON MY CPAP......MY ADVICE...DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CC#....THEY WILL TAKE WHAT THEY WANT WHEN THEY WANT. I STILL HAVE NO RESOLVE TO THIS MATTER
