Deziray went above and beyond!!! I wanted to exchange clothes I bought online and I needed it quick for a upcoming trip. I called the store and spoke to Deziray. She was amazing!!! She put together the clothes I needed. My husband went to the store the next day to exchange everything. She treated him with great customer service! Deziray was great!!! Great Job!!

I ordered clothes online because I have anxiety and don't like going into stores. Well, the 4 pairs of jeans ended up being a size to small. So i came here an hour before closing and asked for help exchanging. This wonderful lady walked around and found all 4 pairs in a bigger size. She was so sweet. I hope she was a manager because she was amazing and deserves that position, lol.

I went to this Specific Location here in Jacksonville. It was my first time here in the city and my first time at this Plaza. I am from South Florida right near Fort Lauderdale so the drive was very interesting almost 4 hours. Staff and everyone here were so friendly! One of the workers Vana made me feel very welcomed in the store and understood my vibe! AMAZING DEALS! I saved so much money here with the sales for the holiday season! Great conversationalist! Hopefully if I'm ever here again I'll come visit!
