I was at the store on 7/29/2023 at the Avenues Mall location in Jacksonville, Florida. Tax free, back to school weekend. There was only one register open and the lines were long. A customer behind me was commenting to her son that it didn’t make sense that on such a busy weekend only having one register (staffed by a female staff). A male staff member was near by in the store putting up clothes, heard this customer and loudly and rudely told her there were only 2 employees that day. “That’s why”. The customer kept talking to her son saying they should have more than 2 staff working. The employee continued to interject himself and said “no one else wanted to come to work” this day. Loud enough for everyone to hear. Totally sympathize with the one cashier who was pleasant and working hard to get the customers through. I also don’t fault the lady behind me for having a private conversation with her son venting as the line was long. This male employee was so unprofessional and rude, and could have conveyed the same message in a different tone and everyone would have understood. But he was unprofessional and should be fired.

Came here recently, and staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I was shopping around and I hit this store before leaving, it was 40 minutes before closing and staff was friendly the entire time! I got a couple shirts and hoodies, and they would tell me they’re different sales in different parts of the store. They have really good prices and deals, and many good quality clothing from different colors and designs, Definitely recommend stopping by!

Great employees. I didn’t catch her name, but the lady who helped me today was able to recognize that I pulled a size Long instead of a Regular and offered to look in the back for me to make sure my jeans got the correct fit. She took her time to find the right pair and bring them out for me. I really appreciate her going out of her way to help me!

The Associate was highly rude and kept talking over me. Got an attitude the second I said I didn’t want to give my email. Then a manager came over and was just as rude. Wouldn’t let me talk. Highly unprofessional. Definitely won’t be shopping at this location again and will tell all my friends and family to stay clear.

I haven't shopped at Aeropostale in years. I was very impressed by them keeping up with trends. The clothes fit well and comfortable, the staff here are fantastic, they actually went to the back stock room and looked for my size instead of just saying "that's all we have". I shopped at H&M for a while and the clothes don't compare in quality with aero. No more h&m for me.
