They are so worried about their times at the register that they don’t care about damaging your products. I bring a huge bag every single time and always put it on the belt from heaviest to lightest and they never use the big (with the exception of the older blonde lady!) and just throw the stuff in the cart. You are not a person here, you are a time to beat.

Double check your receipts, cashier's tend to charge you two or three times for a single item.

I am so disappointed they have made the store so small. It’s almost like a glorified convenience store..
Why on earth would they take a grocery store that was doing very well chop in half have three rows of groceries not Counting the outside aisles and to the next real grocery store is 15 minutes away..
I don’t think the store is gonna last long, really don’t
Today was my third day in there today and last time I ended up having to go to Publix or Winn-Dixie and get the items that I had to have . And they’re frozen food is really Low inventory hardly no cleaning supplies.
So sad.
Yes, they do have a very nice cheese area
And yes, the ribeye steak is very good
Not real happy
I certainly hope they do not do the same floor plan to the store. That’s just on the other side of the Matthews bridge that used to be Harvey’s.
Those retirees that lives in those buildings they depend upon this grocery store that will be so devastating To them

Could use more checkers/cashiers. Often a long line and only 1 cashier. Seems like there's often only 1 person working the entire store. Occasionally someone appears from the back and they open a second register. Occasionally I spend more time waiting in line than actually shopping.

Went to this new Aldi on a weekday after work. One register open and a long long line. What a joke. I’ll pay a little more to go to Publix.

Glad to have this as the closest one before was regency. The new massive windixy at the corner of university and the expressway, MORE than makes up for this one being gone. I hadn't had much chance to shop at aldi before. I like it

I can tell this won't last long. The store is dark, poor customer interactions. The red head lady with black and some blue on her shoes cut me off walking not once but twice. I said sorry the first time and she just kept walking. Then she done it again. I literally had to stop short so I didn't run my basket into her. I also wanted to try it out but I think im just not a fan of Aldi. I know unpopular opinion. But you get what you pay for i guess and the off branding and poor selection just doesn't scratch that itch. I like sprouts, whole foods and publix. All places you'd find awesome customer service. Id rather pay more and not have to deal with ppl like that red head. 👌💯

Brand new! Very excited to finally have something close again to go to. It was clean and well stocked. It had a little bit of everything and some extras for those who are doing low carb or keto. I've tried Aldi's brand before and it has never disappointed. Good quality food for a good price. The produce was fresh and pretty in color. A wide variety of breads and snacks (hubby's lunch). I was happy they decided to open right down the road from me. Easy access in and out.

I’m so happy to have a brand-new ALDI in the neighborhood! The store is clean, bright, and easy to navigate. The produce looks fresh, the prices are great, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. It’s so convenient to have quality groceries this close by! I know there are mixed reviews, but it really is a great addition to the neighborhood.

This Aldi is smaller then the other Aldi in Jacksonville. Why would u make it smaller just have same size as Winn Dixie you took over. Aldi just use half of the building and don't have that much product like the other Aldi that is bigger. Bring back Winn Dixie because they have alot more product and the building size then Aldi does have here.

First off let me say this place is a joke. You guys are half of the size of what was originally there. The Winn Dixie, that was there was a lot bigger and gave us a lot more options. Now if I or anyone else really want somethin we still have to go to a bigger grocery store. Thanks but no thanks go somewhere else please bring back Winn Dixie!!!!!! BTW I'm not talking about the story or the dog just the jut the dang grocery store!!!! Go to someone' else's backyard!!!!
