Not sure what’s going on in this store. But every time we asked for a shoe size. The sales associates only gave us one shoe. How can we properly assess whether the shoe fits or works if you give us one shoe.

Visit the store at The Avenues Mall in Suite 215 skinny black guy with dreads sticking all over his head yelling across the store instead of walking over to the customer and explain it what the issue was. Act like he didn't want it to be bothered with selling product. He was working Saturday the 30th at 6:15 p.m.

Very bad service from the staff, I think I will never return to this store, I have never received such bad treatment anywhere, they didn't even want to look up my shoe size, they were very racist!!

I would be very surprised if this store makes any sales/profit at all with the level of salesmanship displayed here. The sales woman was so rude and unwilling to accommodate request from customers. Why don't they just replace her with a salesperson that actually WANTS to do the job. The entire time she acted as though she was being bothered with any question asked. Very poor performance and only gave 2 stars because I have shopped Aldo around the world but this one, you need to stay away from.

Service from cashiers was so shocking , never have I ever seen anything like it. Yelling at you while trying to explain something, hand gestures all over the place, arguing back, told me to go and have a good day, doing TikTok dances while talking to her.
