They changed the online portal for online banking and it’s a MESS!!!! Can’t see any pending transactions, have to reset security questions, the alerts are no longer set up and there’s no way to reset. They are aware of this and claim it will be fixed in 2 weeks. You have to call in to ask them what’s pending but no one answers then it goes to voicemail. I’m sure this is due to many members calling because of this issue and they are short staffed.THERES NO WAY AROUND THIS. WHY LAUNCH THIS CHANGE IF THERE IS CLEARLY GLITCHES?????!!!!!!!!!! I’m filing a complaint with the BBB and NCUA.
