Checked into Storage Zone yesterday. Traveled from out of state on a motorcycle only to find storage space I reserved a little too small ( my fault). Franco, the onsite manager was about as accommodating as a person could be. He showed me a couple of other available units and then seamlessly redid the paperwork for me. This guy really wanted to make sure I had what I needed and that I was happy. Thank you! Thank you !

I wish I could give more stars but 5 is the highest it allowes. This is one of the best places to use for storage they are a very friendly and caring business I've have had the pleasure of doing business with for over 3 years. Alway there if i had any issues( me forgetting my gate code and storage unit number nothing to do with the unit ever). If the need ever arises again for me to use them I will for sure.

Brendon is very friendly and accommodating. I won't share the exact specifics, but he worked with us on our specific needs and the prices were competitive and included insurance. I give my recommendation.

I was riding with my family to get some items out there unit and witnessed the manager being rude for no reason. She called and he immediately answered the phone WHAT, why are you calling. She redirected the tone and said good morning, he blatantly disregarded her and said he would not speak with her until he was ready to at 9am and hung up in her face! As a witness I don’t care how you feel about the situation there is a professional way to address all issues. He did not. He continued to be rude for almost 1hr. I would strongly recommend choosing another storage facility as the owner clearly has a distaste for his African American consumers. I was appalled by his speech, tone, and body language . It was necessary.
