I've had mixed feelings about this place. I've gone here a few times to get my nails done and I have to say I'm liking it more and more each time I go. However I have gone in a time or two to get a pedicure or a full set and whoever is doing my nails is trying to push on another service on me and I don't like that. Other than that this place is great. The inside is beautiful and always clean and welcoming. There is always lightly played music in the background giving it a very relaxing vibe.

I had Bella do my nails for my up ok'ing wedding and they are everything I wanted and more! Best nail salon I have ever been to. If you are wondering if you should go there I would tell you to not hesitate and ask for Bella.

I came in to get a manicure the lady kept trying to press other services on me which began to annoy me. While she was doing my manicure she made a cut on my finger which she tried to cover up immediately, instead of telling me. I still paid for the service but once I got in my car my finger started bleeding nonstop. Went back inside and she tried to pretend she had no idea of the incident. I will never use their service again

I have tried many places in Jacksonville and have been disappointed MANY times when trying to get my nails done. This is a place that has never disappointment me and I would definitely call myself a regular after coming for years! I recommend finding 'your person' so they can get to know you and what you like - and what you don't. My tech is amazing and always takes great care of me. I usually get a gel pedicure and SNS nails and she is a pro. Almost every tech here does a great job and depending on what you need, they will help you find the right one :)

I NEVER write reviews but I am so disappointed this is my last resort. I tried being so kind and give them a chance to resolve the issue but my nails just look horrible, the shape, the nails look bulky, just bad all around. I could've done this myself instead of paying $88! He tried gaslighting me telling me he's been doing nails since 1992 and telling me my nails look good and i should appreciate them... like he's the one wearing it. Can you believe he tried to paint over the previous polish too ? OMG just the worst experience! I'm only sticking to the salons I know do quality work, I too read the reviews but ignored it thinking it was old.

This was my first time and I will be returning. The staff treated me very well and not to mention what an amazing pedicure I got! They have different packages to suit you and the pomegranate cream and hot stones were so nice! The salon is beautiful too! I'll be returning!

I absolutely love Vann! She always does such an amazing job and my nails turn out even better than I imagined every time. I always get so many compliments on my nails! Highly recommend!!!

I walked in without an appointment and they treated me like gold. It was 10am on Christmas Eve too. I've been wanting to try them. Glad I did. I'll be back.

Would not recommend. Very money hungry could care less about the health of your nails. Two of my nails broke badly (not their fault), but the nail tech asked several times if I wanted to add an acrylic nail on top of the two nails that we're bleeding . All while another nail tech thought it was funny and was laughing. It appears that there maybe two good nail techs but the overall experience was so bad I would never go back. Smh

I went to use a gift certificate for a mani/pedi and had never been here before. I was hoping to relax and enjoy the visit - but another customer talked loudly on her phone the entire time, no beverage was offered like in most salons, and my technician used her very long, jagged thumbnail for the foot and leg massage instead of her fingers/hands - it did not feel good. She didn't lower my pant legs after the pedicure was finished and I have never had the toe separators to hurt my toes, but when I had my husband take them off at home, I had red marks around my toes. Then within an hour or so after I got home, the polish bubbled on my fingers and toes. I called and left a voicemail about it asking how we could fix it or if they could issue a refund. They didn't call me back, so I called again after they opened and they told me to come in anytime and they'd fix it. I just went in and they said they couldn't fix it right now, that they were full. I will definitely not be going back.

Overall nails look great, however the person that did my nails did hurt me a little bit. But I can't complain that much because it was definitely cheaper than my old place. I don't know if I'll be returning though.
